Super nice and updated villa! Brand New King Bed! This unit is in ocean front complex and has ocean views from the living room and balcony! Newer paint throughout, sleeper sofa with 5 inch memory foam mattress, leather recliner, updated backsplash tile, ceiling fans also has an updated bathroom and kitchen, Keurig, flat screen T.V.'s in bedroom and living room. Very comfortable KING bed in open bedroom and there is lots of storage, fully equipped kitchen, newer heating and air unit as well as ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. This unit also has a very nice balcony with outdoor seating and GREAT views of the ocean! There are elevators through out complex as well as laundry facilities on each level. There is a very large private pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. This is a SECURE gated complex. You have direct access to the beach on a boardwalk, with outdoor showers. There is a newer ocean front sundeck with lounge chairs and a nice swing! BBQ and picnic area are available for your use and have been expanded and are cleaned everyday! Though small this unit has everything you need. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen small but nearly everything you need to cook. Plenty of china and pots and pans. But you are on vacation! Short walk to the beach. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Good for a couple but might be tight for four.

Great beach access
Cute cozy place that met our needs for a long weekend. Comfy bed, comfortable place. Nice balcony , just wish they hadn’t been doing construction in the parking lot when we were there. Really loved the bikes provided!! Would stay there again.

Nice place … just 1 thing would have made a 5 star
The property was in great shape, clean, well equipped, and great location. The only negative that kept it from being 5 stars was the air conditioner. The cooling unit is wall mounted in the living room making it impossible to regulate the temperature throughout the condo. You were either too hot in the bedroom if someone adjusted temperature for living room or cold in living room if you set temperature to cool bedroom. Couldn’t make everyone happy.

So appreciative of the bikes and beach chairs that came with the rental. Also loved that we didn’t drive anywhere for the entire 3 day visit. Everything we needed was in (close) walking or biking distance. Bed was comfortable too with a clean comforter

This cozy condo was on the beach so access was easy. Beach was not crowded at this location, which we liked. The condo was perfect for a couple, but would be too small to fit in another person on the sleeper sofa. We would stay here again.

I didn’t like the hosts inability to work with me when a hurricane was about to hit the island. Even though there was risk of flooding and our flight was cancelled, Vrbo and the host refused to cancel our trip and offer a refund.

Great beach condo for 2 people
Great for two people. Says 4 people but it would be very tight. Small issue locking door during checkin but quickly rectified. Only bad issue was the AC didn’t seem to reach the bed which made a good sleep challenging they do give a fan which helped.
