Charming Beach Home Away from Home! Just a short walk to our neighborhood beach!



Enjoy all the comforts of home in walking distance of the beach! As always, we use disinfectant cleaners and offer “contactless” check-in to make sure you stay safe as possible. We also have hi-speed WiFi for all who are distant learning and working from home.

Pets (certain dogs only) are considered (please ask for details), and we’re sure your furry family members will appreciate the private, fenced-in backyard and being able to accompany you to the beach, many restaurants, and coffee shops in walking distance of our home.

This 8th row beach home is only a mile from popular Coligny Plaza’s hotspots and the Tiki Hut (with oceanfront beach volleyball courts, daily live music, and regularly-scheduled opportunities to dance the night away on the sand, under the stars).

Other things to note: No need to worry about keeping up with keys here! Guests will be given an access code upon arrival for the security keypad on the door. Each bedroom and the family room has its own flat screen tv with hundreds of TV channels.

Many of our guests have found it convenient that our home (spread out all on ground level) is wheelchair accessible and has a walk-in shower in one of the bathrooms (i.e. no tub to step over).

Finally, you will also enjoy free WiFi throughout the home during your stay. There is also a new high-efficiency washer and dryer for your convenience. A blender is available for those who like to prepare blended drinks. Please check out all the other amenities also listed here, as well.

Great Beach House!
We loved our stay- location is in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to a quiet area of beach. We stayed with our three small children and dog and loved the little kids area with toys. The beach wagons, beach toys, and outdoor shower made getting everybody to and from the beach everyday as easy as possible. We rented bikes and could hop on the bike trail right at the end of the street to get around the island. The owner was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had a good stay. I can’t say enough good things about this rental, we would definitely stay on a return trip to Hilton Head!

Little Slice of Paradise
We love staying at this house! The house is so comfortable. We have several adults and children in our group, and yet the house never felt overcrowded or tight. There is a lot of space for everyone! The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully updated! The house is on quiet cul de sac and a 3 minute walk away from the beach. Location could not be any better! My family cannot wait to visit again!

Great family getaway
Catherine’s home was perfect for our family vacation and my son loved his special little children’s area. It was very close to the beach to make for an easy walk, especially with the provided beach wagon. It was an easy bike ride to Coligny and the park. I would recommend and we hope to back.

Wonderful time at this location! C and K took care of us from the start by answering many questions about the house and its amenities. There were only 3 adults at this stay but the house could easily host many more very comfortably. The house was clean, had many useful appliances as well as a healthy stocking of items left by prior folks. We would definitely stay here again and advise others to do so!

This is a great house in a fabulous location. We were able to walk to the beach every day. We were also perfectly situated for sunrise walks along the water to hit coffee shops in Coligny Plaza right as they opened. We were traveling with 2 dogs and the fenced back yard was perfect for them— a nice size and decently secluded. We had some maintenance concerns which were handled quickly and with minimal disruption to our group. All in all a lovely trip. HHI continues to be one of my favorite summer destinations.

Just Perfect for Us!
This is our 4th year staying at this house and I can tell you, it truly is such a treat. Every year, there is something new that Catherine and Kevin have taken the time to add to the house that just make it even more comfortable and cosy! Just perfect!
7 Mallard made our visit , family vacation so enjoyable! The house is very clean, decorated simply but with some beauty & flare, also functionality, has a great layout, spacious floor plan, extra amenities ( beach chairs, beach wagon, kitchen goods, very comfy furniture, 3 outdoor seating areas, games, books,etc) ample sleeping options and bathrooms with great shower heads, seating for 8 around the dining room table, and a fun little children’s area with books, toys & little furniture ( our grandson loved this area). The house was beautiful and well-kept and just a short walk to the beach. We used the provided wagon to carry our toddler and beach items and had no trouble at all with the walk. The back yard could’ve used a little TLC and we had a slight delay in getting the entry code for check in but overall we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again in the future!

Well stocked home with plenty of space
The house was more than stocked with everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Driveway had enough room to fit 3 vehicles with one being a large truck. Kitchen had more than enough supplies to allow us to cook 3 meals at the house. Location is tucked back in a quiet neighborhood with close access to the beach and shops/dining of the caligny area.
