Villa features a spacious 16 foot living room ceiling, kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook meals, a spacious balcony, upgraded WiFi, 5 bikes, lots of beach/recreational amenities, and an underground parking garage with luggage carts and elevators to make unloading a snap. Villa comes with free tennis and pickle ball courts and a wonderful pool for your enjoyment. The spacious master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling with a king-sized bed and direct balcony access. The second bedroom is located upstairs and features two twin beds and a twin pullout trundle bed. The third bedroom is also located upstairs and features a twin XL over queen bunk bed unit. The villa is 1,345 square feet and comfortably sleeps 8 people and offers guests a quiet place to enjoy their vacation, along with the convenience of being a short walk to shops, restaurants and beach bars.

As owners we try hard to ensure your vacation is hassle free making sure the villa has everything you’ll need for a perfect beach getaway including beach: chairs, umbrellas, cart, towels, pails/shovels/sand molds, kites, boogie boards as well as tennis/pickleball rackets & balls, rain gear, and bikes, helmets & bike lights.

Our bikes are located in the complex’s underground parking garage. Although our rental listing title says we have 5 bikes, we attempt to keep 7 on hand in case a couple are ever out of commission, which happens due to the extreme wear & tear that the sand & salt water have on the bikes. We ask that our guests understand these bikes are just an added perk to our condo and we do not increase our rates to account for the cost of them. Due to the effects of the sand, salt water & island’s humidity guests should not expect these bikes to be new-like & it’s up to each guest to inspect the bikes prior to riding to ensure they meet your safety standards since we are not able to inspect the bikes after every guest turnover.
