Beautiful view, nice unit, no TV
Great view, good location, clean, and well equipped.A previous review mentioned a tv problem, so we specifically asked if that had been fixed before we booked reservation. Host said yes. Upon check-in, tvs not working and we notified host. The next day she called Spectrum but said we would have to call Spectrum. Host provided incorrect account #. After multiple interactions with Spectrum customer service, they determined that a service call would be necessary. Because the calls to Spectrum kept dropping due to bldg density, it took more than half (of our first full vacation day) to get to the point where we could make service appointment. When the two technicians arrived ( MONDAY early evening) it took quite a while to fix. The main living room tv is streaming and needed to be registered to be able to download Spectrum App. Tech called the host and asked for her to register tv, or give her personal info so he could register for her. She said she could not. So tech made up bogus account information as a work-around. Then they had to reset the cable boxes on the other 2 tvs to get them working.So finally we had working tvs at 6 pm MONDAY evening.When we expressed extreme frustration to host she said “ we all have problem a times”, “ really no one’s fault”. After more back and forth, we asked for a refund of at least one days rental for all the vacation time we had lost working on the tv problem. She refused.
