Tranquility by the Beach 1st Fl Sleeps 6,King Bed

Spacious 2 bdrm, 2 bath villa with fully enclosed porch with beautiful views of the lagoon. The beach is approx. 200 yards from the unit right at the end of the building. Our villa is also located between the 2 outdoor pools and 1 of several grill areas only steps away from the door. We have a private secure wifi available to you along with the complex having 24 hour security and gated community. The master bedroom has a king bed with master bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. The queen sofa pulls out to sleep 2 more people for a total of 6 guests.
The kitchen has refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and crock pot as well as your pots/pans, dishes comes stocked with some basic spices if you choose to cook. We do supply starter shampoo, conditioner, soap along with paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap and laundry detergent.
The Spa is nestled between Mitchellville Beach Park & Fish Haul Beach Park. We have 3 Tennis courts, 2 outdoor pools (open Apr - Nov), 1 newly renovated heated indoor pool, hot tub & dry sauna open all year. Clamming, shrimping, oysters, mussels and fishing are all allowed on this beach (need a fishing license - avail @ Walmart). This is one of the least populated beaches on the island so it is not overcrowded at all. It is also a great beach for kids to make sand castles, play in the water. I love the walks on the beach and watching the 2 Bald Eagles we have living here with us and the dolphins too. Please note: there are no life guards at our beach.
Hilton Head Island is a premiere resort community. It has 12 miles of ocean beach, over 200 restaurants, over 30 golf courses, nature preserves, parks, shops, Mini golf, and bicycle trails. The island bike trail is right outside the complex. There are also many bike rental companies who will deliver & pickup right to the condo. Savannah & Beaufort is only 45 minutes away if you want to go on a day trip.

Awesome stay on the NORTH side of Hilton Head
If you like sea life and aircraft this is the location for you. This property is located very close to the airport. The runway approach almost goes right over the property.If you love watching aircraft take off and land just set your chair up on the beach and enjoy. If you enjoy sea life, there is a plethora especially when the tide is low. The property itself was perfect-clean newly updated, on the ground floor. The outdoor pool located right as you exit the beach was perfect for rinsing off and cooling off after spending the day on the beach. This property - highly reccomend.

Nice condo near beach (wish that was a little clearer thought we would be closer to beach). Overall served purpose for trip, bicycle ride event of the island. Like it was gated security patrolled property. Little odd no beach towels, not a big deal. There was plenty of other beach gear if you wanted it. We use VRBO because we don’t like hotels and this property like most we frequent make it easy to continue going this path rather than hotels.

The place was as advertised, clean, very comfortable, spacious, set up very well. We have one in a wheel chair and this place worked pretty good for that with the hard floors, ramps to the beach and main floor / our room. Proximity to the beach was great, use of the pool / hot tub and grounds a bonus. This is a nice quiet location / not so many people, which we really liked compared to other areas of Hilton Head island. Responsiveness / communication from owner was great. Excellent value for the money. I'd definitely stay there again / highly recommend this place.

WE enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was as advertised. We have 2 observations that i think would be helpful for the owners. The 1st is that the futon sofa in the living room is totally uncomfortable to watch TV or just relax. It was impossible to find a comfortable way to sit and watch TV. The 2nd is the remote control situation for the TV doesn't work too well. There is only 1 set of controls for 3 tv"/'s . what is up with that?

Nice get away.
The beach is a very short walk from this first-floor, end unit, condo. The beach adjoins the wildlife area so it is less developed and more interesting than some other parts of the island. The mornings were a bit cool when I was there in Oct and the enclosed porch was a lovely place for a quiet cup of coffee. The beds were a bit soft for my taste but that was a minor point. The keyless entry was a big plus

A home base
Renting the property was relatively easy. The place was clean but in need of several cosmetic repairs. It didnt bother us too much as we basically only slept and showered there and didnt stay in the rental too much. We were gone most days exploring Hilton Head and other nearby beaches and Islands as the beach at the site is not a typical sandy beach that you could spend all day at. When the tide was low you are dealing with about 200 yards plus of mud flats with some sand at the edge. The tide pools were great as far as catching bait to fish with, but we went to other locations to fish and spend the day. If you are someone that likes to take walks, see the views and explore but not get in the water it is nice, uncrowded and laid back. But I had 2 17 year Olds wanting to fish and swim.

Property was fine for what we needed. Ac went out our first night but owner was very responsive in getting that fixed the next day. Overall cleanliness could improve. The longer we stayed the more we found. Not on owner more on cleaning company. Decor was dated as well as overall condo but not a big deal as we didn’t stay in the room much. Location was the key to our stay. First building off the beach provided a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. First floor is a plus. Overall would stay again

Lovely stay
Clean and well stocked with basic supplies, quiet location, management available for communication when needed, giant tv and bed in one of the rooms! Beach very close, but more for collecting shells and watching the sunset(perfect for me!) The Beach for enjoying waves & swimming i recommend folly field 10 min drive away $1/hr parking. Pristine! Will definitely stay here again.

Mother’s 81st Birthday
This condo is in the perfect location for a nice quite getaway! It is with a 1 minute walk to what seems like a private beach. Every morning we took an hour long walk along the beach as we drank our coffee. Restaurants and shipping within. 10 min drive. Owners were very responsive for a couple of questions we had during our stay. The only constructive comment is that some of the rooms could use some updating but is was clean and exactly what is shown online. The family had a great tiIme, thanks!!

Beautiful and quiet location
My family and I had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect for us. I enjoy relaxing on the beach and I did exactly that. It wasn't overcrowded at all. And we didn't have to pack much. Our condo had all that we needed for the beach. A wagon, chairs, umbrella, toys. The property was also lovely, with hammocks scattered around, pools, bench swings, and lots of seating areas with gorgeous views. I'll definitely be coming back for another vacation.

Great location
The location is great. The unit is only a two walk away from the beach and both outdoor pools. But that is definitely what you are paying for. We ended up arriving the 28th instead of the 27th so I paid for a day I never used and had let the owner know we had gotten a late start and wouldn't be arriving until at least 3 the next morning. Upon arrival and unpacking I noticed that whom ever did the cleaning didn't do a very good job. My husband had to clean the bathroom fan it was stocked up and wasn't working properly, it looked as if it hadn't been dusted, spots of junk on the walls,the drawers had sticky resadue in them, wires behind master bedroom are a serious fire hazard, garbage behind and under beds,behind dresser as well. My 2 yr old picked up a pill from under the twin bedroom under the night stand, spots of dirt and food on the master bedding/pillowcase. The blender was dusty and dirty on top of the fridge. The trim to the master was just set there and not nailed down so my 2 yr old tripped over it and almost busted her head. My husband and I tripped over it as well we ended up just moving it. It says that they provide teas and sugars, dish soap, laundry detergent, dish washer soap garbage bag &paper towels plus beach towels. I had to buy all of thee above. Which we brought our own towels anyway and detergent. And wouldn't bother me if we were told we would have too and weren't paying a lot of money to stay here. Toys, cooler, wagon and beach chairs are supposed to be provided..which the owner was told might not be there and to take a picture when we arrived which I did. She said she would bring by new stuff and granted she did stop but no one heard her knock or anything. I got a text in which I replied but didn't come until Wednesday. Which was fine we carried our stuff and had our own beach blanket. We had a broken chair and boogie board which I later was charged for even though it was there when we arrived. So they don't seem to check very well before you arrive and will charge you for a broken chair. It's supposed to be quiet hours from 10 to 8am but whoever lives above was constantly moving things and someone was running back and forth it sounded like elephants above us and security guard was there half the time to even try to tell them. None of us slept much because of it. It was definitely not what I was expecting but did for the time being. I really wish I could rate this more but really only thing I can score is the location.

Picture Perfect Week at the Beach
Nancy was fantastic to work with and her condo was top notch! We loved sitting on the picturesque porch and proximity to the pool and beach couldn’t be any better! We look forward to renting next year!
