The spa was closed and the outdoor tub in our suite did not look clean. Also, the pool was closed. We were not told this when we booked and I specifically asked around 1pm when I tried to check in early and was told to ask again at check in (at 3pm when it was too late to cancel. This was hidden as the spa had been closed for several weeks with no foreseeable reopen date. Very disappointing. Everything else was good.

Wonderful Stay Again!
This was my second stay at the Live Max Miyahama Resort. I was running late and going to miss dinner. The reception called me to ask if I was going to make it. The dining room even stayed open an addition 30 minutes for me to finish eating. Very kind and professional establishment! Will keep coming back!

孫、娘達6人で宿泊しました。 写真と多少イメージは違いましたが、綺麗でした 設備は整ってました。シャンプー、化粧水、ドライヤー、等DHCの製品で安心しました。 テレビも部屋に2台もあり、飲み物も無料で冷蔵庫も2台。食事も色々選べて美味しく食べました。部屋から海が見えて景色が綺麗でした。 １つ言うなら埃が目につきました。 それでま又行きたいと話しました。

　接客も食事も設備も最高でした。 　各部屋のベランダに着いている、掛け流し温泉♨️は、おしゃれだし、贅沢の極みですね。 　大浴場も、サウナ、レモン冷泉、ジャグジーと楽しめ、行く価値大です。 　カラオケは1人1時間千円かかりますが、本格的に楽しめます。 　もっと長い時間滞在して、楽しみたかったです。 　大学生の娘も、今度は、友達と来ると言ってます。

スイートルームに宿泊。 毎年恒例の年一の家族旅行。家族全員温泉が大好きなので、露天風呂付き客室を予約してました。 スイートルームなので設備、景観は良かったのですが、トイレの壁に穴が空いており、それをティッシュで塞いでいました、、、。その応急処置はかなり残念、、。もう一つ、バルコニーの網戸が破れており、カメムシ入りたい放題になると思います。きめ細かいメンテナンスが必要と感じました。

お部屋は広くて清潔で綺麗でサービスも充実して凄く良かったです。フロントの女性の従業員の方や食事の従業員の方の対応も笑顔で良かったです。ただフロントへの電話は何度も電話してやっとって感じで繋がりにくく男性従業員の方の対応があまり良くなかったのが残念でした。

また宿泊したいです。
清潔感もあり、ディナー、モーニングともにバイキング形式でしたが、宿泊客の時間差での予約で食事をするので混んでいる事もなくお食事出来ました。料理のクオリティーも高く色んな種類があり、美味しく頂きました。 それぞれのお部屋のバルコニーにある、温泉も景色もよく天然のかけ流し温泉も最高でした！
