Atendimento na recepção a desejar Quartos antigos, tivemos que trocar por causa de mofo O lugar das refeições baixo padrão, barulhento, com mais pessoas que comporta. Quarto sem acústica nenhuma, ouvíamos tudo e todos.

Bom atendimento.
Atendimento em modo geral excelente, acima das expectativas. Comida mta boa, a praia privativa e excelente para curtir com as crianças, as piscinas excelente. O que precisa melhorar são os colchões, que são desconfortáveis. E o que chateou foi que cortaram as gramas e as formidas invadariam o carro , muita formiga mesmo, acredito que poderiam ter avisado e mudado o carro de lugar, para evitar este transtorno.

Excelente opção para quem busca lazer. Estrutura de lazer excelente, quarto muito bom. Espaço muito bem cuidado e bonito. Destaque para os gramados muito bem cuidados… estrutura da praia excelente . Acho que poderia ter mais opções no café da manhã. Nós pegamos a janta a la carte devido à baixa ocupação e não foi muito boa. Pegamos um dia de buffet self service e foi melhor. Destaque para as sobremesas. Pudim e petit gateau divinos. De maneira geral hotel muito bom… combinando natureza, ótima estrutura e lazer. Superou minhas expectativas.

Se você tem um carro elétrico não vá!
A infraestrutura é incrível, mas precisa melhorar a manutenção dos espaços que são ótimos, mas já denunciam a idade. Uma coisa que chamou minha atenção é que por se tratar de du "ECO" Resort, falta infraestrutura para carros elétricos.

Local lindo, acolhedor, ótimo para relaxar da correia do dia a dia. O atendimento é um dos pontos altos do local. Destaques para a Marta na recepção, Marcos da pizzaria e Thiago (adm), mas de uma forma geral são todos solícitos e educados. Fácil acesso a praia onde tem possibilidade de remar ou jogar vôlei, frescobol. Bar da piscina e da praia ótimos tb! As crianças se divertem. Valores dos petiscos e bebidas bem justos. Recomendo!

Hotel sensacional, com muitas opções de diversão pra aproveitar, muito verde e tranquilidade, funcionários prestativos e simpáticos, peguei pensão completa e o restaurante é um show a parte, comida maravilhosa e bem variada, nota 1000. Meu único ponto é quanto ao quarto standard, que deixa a desejar, ar-condicionado com um vão grande entre o aparelho e parede, onde entra claridade a partir das 5:00 bem na direção do rosto na cama ( consegui improvisar e melhorar), quarto simples, tentei trocar para o superior mas já estavam ocupados, mas fora isso.. a estadia foi muito boa, pretende retornar
