Really good for the price. Staff is helpful and responsive. Cleaning is frequent. Location is perfect, with plenty of shopping in walking distance. A few downsides: - the unit is in residential area and the neighbors do not like short term renters - the washing machine doesn’t work, but they offer laundry service - no microwave and no cookware, so expect to eat out all the time

It was very evident from the signs outside the lift lobby’s that this was a building for residents only. We couldn’t enter the lift lobby without asking security (which felt extremely uncomfortable as it was a residents only building) or waiting for a resident to come in or out as we didn’t have fingerprint access. This also meant that we weren’t allowed to access any of the facilities including the pool or gym. We were travelling with a 2 year old and a 4 year old on a family holiday so having to tell them we couldn’t use the pools was less than ideal especially given this was one of the reasons we booked the property and it was advertised with these facilities. It was also dirty we found numerous items including someone else’s boxer shorts left in the property. Things were broken, handles on wardrobes, the washing machine kept coming up with an error (which was fixed twice) then we gave up, we were only supplied with not even one full roll of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms with no spare toilet in the unit at all. It was a less than ideal start to our holiday, I believe the advertising to be misleading and this property shouldn’t even be listed on this site.

The beds are great. Beautiful views. Convenient to shopping mall and many coffee and food selections. Gym is ok, a bit smelly. Nice pools. Love the safety and security. Very quiet room. Clean walls, cold A/C and eco smart switches. Now.. Floor was dirty and we had to call for a cleaning. At the end we decided to do ourselves. Provided towels are thin and worn so we decided to buy our own. Kitchen have enough dishes and cups for family of 4 but not enough forks and spoons. Dirty and broken shelves fridge. No dishwashing soap or sponge. Washer is not in good condition. Slow to wash and doesn’t dry clothes. There’re small cockroaches but they disappeared after a couple days of stay. Would stay again for the convenience and security.
