Rooms are good, only found some problem in the shower, the water was good, but during shower, drain water was partially blocked and start to overflow into the bathroom and needed to stop showering and wait for water to flow into the outlet Generally was considered very good

The hotel is clean and room is spacious. I got a executive room but the executive lounge was closed permanently which is a disappointed. There is no need to pay more for executive room since there is no extra benefits in doing so.

Horrible customer service at every level
My husband’s company hosted an event at this hotel so we decided to book a couple of nights here for convenience prior to returning home to the U.S. It was definitely not a good experience. The room was spacious, but very outdated. Normally, I could tolerate this if the customer service is good. However, the customer service here was awful. When we checked out of our room, we had tons of luggage. We called the front desk fod help, but no one picked up. When we finally managed to get all of our luggage downstairs, there were 4-5 employees just standing around shooting the breeze. They saw us struggle to get all of our luggage out of the elevator along with our two children, and just watched. When I approached the counter to check out, I informed the employee that no one had answered our call for luggage assistance. She didn’t even acknowledge my statement. I asked for a final receipt and they said that they don’t give receipts. They were extremely rude and discourteous and I will never recommend or stay here at this hotel again.

rate reasonable, cleans, location really good, close to air port, and the city, this closed to my wife family that really good for us, for someone else maybe you need to book hotels in the city so you don't have to travel to the city, specially Holiday season (Tet, or Christmas) time.

Hotel was good to very good. Centrally located. Only compliant is about the cost to stay at the hotel. You do not pay the price as advertised ... when making your booking be sure to add another $10 + for taxes etc...

Good location close to airport. Easy to get to the city with No 4 or 152 bus, very cheap. Not much to do locally. Good breakfast, same every day but always hot.

Very nice business hotel.
Great hotel, great room, very helpful staff. Fairly close to airport so easy to reach in taxi. My only suggestion for change is that they should add more electrical outlets. Enjoyed my stay.

Okay hotel close to the airport
We had a pretty frustrating experience with the hotel. From no one being able to offer advice on what to do in the city to the staff calling us numerous times at midnight when we were trying to sleep. The food also wasn't very good. We were put up here by an airline after a cancelled flight and felt treated like second class citizens. Would not go back.

Clean, close to airport. Friendly staff, even gave us raygon fruit as gift when we enquired what the fruit was at breakfast. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast choice was outstanding!

The hotel is nice. It is located near the airport but has easy access to district one. All the facilities are good, good breakfast, good service. The inside of the hotel also looks really nice.
