Well located and cosy quirky cottage
Very convenient homestay in an older and quieter part of Hobart. Easy walking access to the beach, shops, parks etc. The house was very comfortable and was generally well set up. The kitchen was neat and clean and sufficient for basic cooking. It was great to stay in an older house that had been restored and thoughtfully upgraded with comfort features such as the lovely bathroom. Recommended.

Old small house in Sandy Bay.
Convenient and a nice area. King Street is noisy at night so cannot open the windows. The house should have been a lot cleaner especially the kitchen and bathroom.

Sandy Bay Stay
The property was well located, easy walk to Salamanca Markets, Brook Street Pier (for MONA) and shops (Woolworths and Coles). It also had off street parking. It was neat and tidy with all amenities required. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

Great location in Sandy Bay
We loved walking the streets near our accommodation in Sandy Bay and the easy access to Hobart CBD, ferries and Salamanca Market. Great cafes and bakeries nearby kept us well fed and we had a handy base to explore the local sights. Would recommend to visitors for a short or longer stay. Perfect size for three of us.

Great location!
We stayed 3 nights at the end of our holiday. It's situated in a quiet area and close to shops, restaurants etc. The beds were very comfortable. It would be great if there was more glassware and plates so we didn't have to wash after every meal but that's my only negative comment. We'd definitely return.

Great place to stay and explore in and around Hobart
A great, spacious apartment for four in a very convenient location (close to the water, shops and tourist attractions and quick get-away for day trips). Everything needed has been provided for (thanks especially for body wash and shampoo when arriving with lost bags) and communication with the owner was very prompt and pleasurable. We really enjoyed it. Thank you!

Cosy and Convenient Hobart Escape
We had a fabulous 2 night stay in Hobart - it's a shame our flight was cancelled and we arrived 5 hours later than expected! The house was in an excellent location - walk to the end of the street to Sandy Bay and walk around the corner (5 minute walk) to Coles supermarket. Win, win! There was even an electric scooter on the corner which was so much fun to use! The heating is wonderful - a split system and lovely gas log fire. It was very cosy! Only one bathroom but it had a double vanity and was quite spacious. Lots of restaurants nearby - only a 5 minute drive to most. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Arrived at accommodation late at night to find it hadn't been cleaned from prior booking, therefore I had to relocate around 10pm after traveling to Hobart from interstate. The host sorted this promptly the next morning and advised that they would refund the first nights accommodation. I wasn't refunded a full night therefore are very disappointed. If I had of known I wasn't getting a full refund, I would have stayed elsewhere for my next two nights and asked for a full refund of the 3 nights which were originally booked. I was looking for a nice time away with my daughter and having to find somewhere else to stay on the first night put a big dampener and inconvenience on my stay. I'm am still waiting on a reply about the extra refund I should have got, given my other messages were responded to promptly, I'm still waiting for a reply after a few day.

Carpet in lounge room was in need of a clean. Shower base i would say nearly a health hazard. We like to sleep with a window open and the bedroom window was in need of a clean, not the glass but the ledge where the window is locked. I have photos.

Lovely house in a fantastic location
Clean, spacious and comfortable house with a lovely back deck and garden. Parking on site. Great location - quiet, near the beach and also walking distance into the city. We loved our stay here and thoroughly recommend it!
