The Space:
The perfect beach house for your ideal getaway or hideaway—relax and let the sound of the waves wash your worries away. Enter through the front deck into the cozy lounge room, featuring a large comfy sofa and a smart TV with Netflix. For those looking to unwind, there are two swivel recliners perfect for reading or simply chilling.

The air-conditioned kitchen, with its island bench, has been completely renovated. It comes with all modern appliances, including a manual espresso machine with pod capability, dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, and oven. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry, equipped with a washing machine and clothes dryer.

There are two spacious bedrooms, one with a King-size bed and the other with a Queen-size bed, both featuring Tasmanian-made mattresses. Both rooms are equipped with electric blankets, panel heaters, and ample hanging space for your convenience.

The beach can be accessed across the road through the family friendly park.

With Salamanca only being a 25-minute drive away, I would highly recommend going to the iconic Salamanca Markets on a Saturday morning. The weekly outdoor market held by Hobart’s waterfront offers a diverse range of nearly 300 stalls including original and hand-made Tasmanian pieces of woodwork, jewelry, fashion, glassware, and ceramics, as well as the finest flavors from the food and produce stalls. Salamanca Market is open every Saturday, rain or shine, from 8.30am to 3pm.

I would also recommend the Farm Gate Market, which runs on a Sunday morning from 8.30am to1pm. The market is located on Bathurst Street,

Getting Around:
For the optimal experience exploring Hobart and its surroundings, having a car is advisable. Yet, if you rely on public transportation, there's a conveniently located bus stop nearby with regular services commuting to the CBD.

Beautiful secluded spot, trendy modern house. Cute town, easy to find.
We only stayed for two nights, now that I am home I wish we stayed longer. Loved the beautiful secluded beach. Gorgeous, trendy modern house. All things in the house was very high end even down to the pots and pans. Had lots of things for kids to use as well. Including toys, games, beach and bath toys. Even a PlayStation. Highchair and a portable cot for your babies too. Which we didn't need. So if anyone else does, don't waste space in your suitcase for kids toys. So you can bring home lots of souvenirs.It was easy to find and nice and close to Hobart and the airport. The only thing I didn't like was the bed was a bit lumpy. Could do with a new mattress. But I was in the bed alone so you may not notice it if two adults use the bed. Filter in Dryer was not clean neither was the vacuum, so we did it. Considering they wanted the place clean and tidy when you leave, their equipment was not emptied. Vacuum didn't keep its charge while trying to use it.Having said that I would still highly recommended this accommodation. Thank you enjoyed our stay.
