Welcome to Branson Creek! Villa Vista Golf our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom nightly vacation rental offers the perfect home away from home for you and your family. Also, has a bonus room for use as a bedroom.

Our home is located 8 minutes south of Branson, just minutes away from all the excitement and entertainment that the area has to offer. With plenty of room to spread out and relax, our home features a fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, and spacious bedrooms.

We also provide a private washer and dryer in the home, so you can make sure everyone has clean clothes for their adventures. We also have a two car garage with plenty of parking space to make sure you have enough room for all your vehicles.

The living room has a comfortable couch and two chairs, perfect for gathering around for movie night. The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. We provide all the necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils, so you can whip up tasty meals for the whole family.

The home also has a beautiful outdoor deck.

Please note: There is no access to an outdoor pool.

Nice but not an accurate description
The place was in a convenient location and a nice quiet neighborhood. The listing is misleading and not accurate. Only one of the main level bedrooms had a king bed. The landscaping was nice but some overgrown, making it hard to get to the front door. Birds next outside of the front door, leaving a big pile of bird poop you had to step over to get to the front door. The game room is in the garage. Needs a lot of tlc. Towel rod and shower rod need replaced. Several lights were burnt out, and the grill didn’t work. Received a call before the trip saying the pool and fitness room were not available with out any explanation why.

Very nice location, quiet neighborhood, house as described! Only hiccup was needing help on the weekend, and there was no way of contacting the actual management of the house (answering service which cost $$ if you ask a a question, and they could only help if there was a mechanical emergency). Lot's of potential gotcha fees to watch out for on the checkout process which is listed on the app, but not the posted instructions. Even so, we liked the location and property.

Nice and clean but needs a few updates
Two Coffee machines but both had pieces missing and box fan for upstairs was broken . Beds need mattresses flipped but we did like the place a lot and neighborhood was quiet . Swimming pool access was easy and all of the ages we had in our family loved the pool. We used it 3 out of 5 days . Other than those few cosmetic details we’d stay there again . Just know the loft person / persons do not have their own bathroom.

We stayed here to meet with friends and check out some things in Branson. This place was great for all of that. It was away from the hustle and bustle but close enough as well. We had a great time.

Great property!
Nice property in a great location. My husband, two kids, parents and I all stayed comfortably for a weekend in Branson. The decor was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The Christmas tree was a nice touch! I had to contact the property manager for an issue and she was very helpful and kind. Thanks for a great stay!

We appreciated being close to four awesome golf courses. The rental suited all of our needs but did notice some deferred maintenance needed (leak in the front bedroom ceiling from a couple of days rain) plus a few other items...

Perfect for our family
This was perfect for our family of 9! Actually only 2 bedrooms. Has a loft with pocket doors on the stairs for privacy though. Front area with pull out couch also had pocket doors. Plenty of space and open concept kitchen and dining room made it seem so much larger. Has cable and internet which we read were problems in past reviews but NO problems here. 👍🏻

Location and property management were excellent. However the carpet needs a thorough cleaning and the cookware could use an overhaul (no skillets or baking dish and pots severely dated), thus limited when meal preparation. Could use a grill upgrade as well. Place is acceptable but dated and could use a little TLC....

Nice house and great location
Overall, this was a great property if you are planning to spend time at Big Cedar/Top of the Rock, or any of the golf courses in close proximity (Buffalo Ridge, Payne's Valley, Ozarks National, Mountain Top, Top of the Rock). An awesome little community with some nice amenities. Bring your own soap though... the management company gives you the equivalent of what you would throw away from your own shower. Also, be aware that there are only 3 bedrooms, and one of those is a loft. There is nothing wrong with this set up at all. Just be aware that those that sleep in the loft will have a healthy amount of noise if folks are still up in the living areas of the house. In addition, the vrbo site lists this as 4 bedroom home... it is 3 bedrooms (and that includes the loft). Outside of the above, this is a nice home in a great location.
