Great only ck in gal wasn't very friendly. Folks in front of us noticed as well. Stained carpet in our room. Unbalanced mini fridge rattled loudly until we placed a stack of tissues beneath one corner. Coffee maker was out-of-order. Had to wait each of our 4 mornings for propieter to make it. Only 2 towels & one wash cloth for 2 adults. Empty tissue box. Champagne cork stuck behind dresser. Front of dresser drawers were smashed up. One drawer would stay closed & we bumped into it at night.

The hotel is showing it's age but well kept. I only needed a room for a night. So I didn't have time to use others features they offered.

The room needs to be updated. The balcony did not look sturdy. We also had to ask for hand soap and the body wash needed to be refilled in the shower. Also found hairs around the room. It was also disappointing that the coffee machine was out of order at breakfast. Wish the staff had let us know of the convenience store located inside Andersen’s Split Pea Soup.
