Disappointed
It was very disappointing as there was no one to contact regarding the shuttle bus that is mentioned in the synopsis about the hotel and the services it offers.There was no one available to speak to apart from a cleaner who was very helpful but couldn't contact anyone either.
Consequently I had to get taxis from the airport and back even though on the day I checked out the shuttle bus was there but no driver to be seen .The front desk never opened.
I only got the access codes for the building and my room because I messaged hotels.com as the information was not sent in an email in a timely manner.l was travelling alone and could easily have been left stood outside the property with no means to get in and it was after 10pm!!
On a final note the WiFi password was not available readily in the apartment myself and another guest were looking if for on arrival. In the morning I met the cleaner who was able to give me the password.
All in all a very disappointed experience that could have resulted in me having to book somewhere else to stay at last minute due to lack of timely information.
I have raised a complaint with the hotel requesting reimbursement for my taxi fares no surprise as yet no reply!
