Immerse yourself in nature at Seren Y Mor (‘Star of the Sea’), glamping and wilderness activities for all ages in the forest and on the beach.

A family-run boutique campsite on the North coast of Anglesey, nestled into the woodland of a private 17th-century country estate overlooking the sea.

We look forward to welcoming you to one of our comfy bell tents for a relaxing holiday, a place to pitch your own tent or campervan, or for a day at
our forest school and other adventures on and off-site; with archery, wild swimming, rock climbing, abseiling and more.

Location
Set in the woodland of the private 17th century country estate - Carreglwyd, Seren Y Mor is only a few minutes walk from the beach. Open only to our guests, you can explore the estate’s ornamental gardens and lake, reed bed nature reserve, diverse woodland, rocky outcrops and
spectacular coastline - home to an incredible array of birds and wildlife.

Campers can bring their own raised BBQs, camp stoves and fire pits, with a woodfired pizza van on site every Thursday evening. The Wavecrest Cafe and black lion pub are also a walkable distance away.

Accommodation - Glamping
Fully furnished bell tents with double bed, memory foam mattress, egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy duvets and pillows. Price per night for one double bell tent:

Weeknights – £45 per tent
Weekends – £60 per tent

Up to 2 additional single beds with bed linen can be provided at an extra one- off cleaning fee of £20 per bed for the entire stay.

The 20GBP per extra bed surcharge will appear as a cleaning cost on the booking.

Outdoor adventures and activities for all ages
Join us on the estate or at a nearby location for adventures in nature that are suitable for the whole family. We welcome campers and day trippers to book in with us for activities on and off site. On site activities include*: archery, tree top swing, coastal walks, wild swimming, and orienteering.
Off site adventures include*: rock climbing, abseiling, coasteering, kayaking
and raft building. *subject to weather conditions
Prices:
Half day: £45pp / £30pp for Seren Y Mor campers
Full day: £65pp / £50pp for Seren Y Mor campers

Roots Forest School
Families and children of all ages are welcome to join Roots Forest School stay and play sessions on Wednesdays 10-1pm and Saturday 10-12pm

Share in the wonder of nature while we learn about the local environment… get busy on a mini beast hunt, build a den, go on a scavenger hunt, get messy in the mud kitchen, or make a dreamcatcher, bug house or bird feeder… the opportunities are endless!
The newest members of the family can join in with our Tree Babies activities, and the
older ones can explore our outdoor library, or simply sit and have tea around the fire.
Something for everyone to enjoy!

- Smoking is not allowed inside tents.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- One well-behaved dog is allowed per booking but must be kept on a lead.
