Enjoy direct lake access for swimming, kayaking, and serene moments. In winter, hit nearby slopes for skiing, or go ice fishing on the lake, returning to our charming cottage for a fireside retreat. This ultimate lakeside getaway for all seasons is an ideal choice for a couple, family or a group of friends.

The space

100' of lake frontage providing direct lake access w/ expansive 28' dock, 4 complimentary kayaks for guest use with life jackets, and swimming area with floaties. Firepit w/ 5 Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake. 300 sqft lakeside deck with expansive views of Little York Lake.

Perfect Lake Cottage
I was so impressed by all of the amenities this Lake cottage had to offer! James was so easy to communicate with and made our stay extra special with the smores basket and breakfast supplies he had waiting for us! The views from every room are to die for and the fact that there were four kayaks available for our family to use made it possible for us all to enjoy the beauty of the lake together. We will undoubtedly be returning next year!

Cutest cleaniest cottage. Owners so thoughtful leaving a care basket for us with some local goodies. Communication was terrific. Cannot wait to stay again. It was perfect!
