This oasis is extremely roomy, 2 families or 1 large family can stay and enjoy their own privacy. You can also join thru interior and exterior stairs. 1st floor is the lazy river with 4 bedrooms and the blue lagoon has another 4 BR on 2nd & 3rd floor

Check out The Blue Lagoon for my awesome reviews, not a new listing. The Lazy River's construction was just completed 2021 to add more space for larger parties.

Family Reunion/Birthday party!
Check-in was smooth, downstairs was extremely warm the first night, unfortunately we just had to deal with it. Next day the property owner sent over maintenance once I followed up about the a/c downstairs and the yard flooding with water coming up from the ground. Pool was large but isn’t heated this time of year so it was very cold in the evening once the sun began to set.We had more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. The wifi was a little slow once everyone was logged in but worked well enough to play music. There were a few cleanliness things when we arrived but overall was a decent stay,

There’s a loud sound from the vents when ac or heater is on. The bathrooms on higher floors doesn’t get water with force if the downfloor bathrooms are in use.

Close to Homasossa State park which was a hit. Also, Crumps restaurant was great. The house was perfect and pool was wonderful. Great communication with host.

Great family getaway location
Our extended family of 14 stayed here and loved it. Plenty of room and things to do. We really enjoyed having the heated pool and a place for campfires. This house is an older home, but clean and comfortable. The location feels very private but is convenient to restaurants, stores, river activities, and local attractions. We will definitely return. The owner, Pamela, was helpful and friendly when we asked questions.
