PETS ALLOWED for a fee of 250 per pet and must be less than 50 pounds.

EVENTS aren’t allowed at the property.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

Please note:

1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 fee per day will be assessed.

2) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, please follow the local noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors.

3) No Fireworks on the property

4) Please notify us if you plan to bring pets. Pet fee applies per pet.

5) Please specify the accurate guest count and notify us. If that number changes and is more than 16, an extra guest fee that is $ 20 per person per night will apply.

6) Please remember to thoroughly check all your belongings before leaving. If  you forget something and want it shipped back to you, we can do that for $25 plus postage.
