This property was nothing like the description and pictures. We were given a room on the 6th floor when the elevator only goes up to the 5th floor. Clerk did not offer to help up carry our huge suitcase and bags up the flight of stairs to the 6th floor. The room was filthy and stains on the curtains. There was no comforter, instead there was a very thin blanket that my adult daughter and I had to share on the full sized bed. This property is not worth $200 a night. Very disappointed. Door did not have a dead bolt lock and we felt very unsafe.

The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient. The staff are friendly, warm, and provide outstanding service! What made our stay truly unforgettable was the selfless help they offered during a challenging situation. On the morning of December 30, as we were checking out and preparing to leave, the car we rented from Dollar, parked in the hotel’s lot, unexpectedly wouldn’t start. We called Dollar’s customer service multiple times for assistance but received no help. They directed us to call their emergency hotline, but it was completely useless—just a voicemail with no response. Feeling desperate, we turned to the hotel staff on duty, Reese, for help. Without hesitation, Reese inspected the car, determined it was likely a battery issue, and called a friend to help jump-start the car. Thanks to their efforts, the car finally started, and we immediately drove to the airport to return it without turning it off. Although our entire day’s plans were ruined, without Reese’s help, we might have missed our cruise trip! We are deeply grateful to Reese and his friend for their selfless assistance. Jump-starting the car was not Reese’s responsibility, yet he showed compassion, urgency, and a willingness to go above and beyond to help others in need. We feel incredibly fortunate to have met Reese and received his help. What an amazing young man! May God bless Reese and his family!

There's 2 things going for this hotel - location and price. The location is the most convenient if you want to visit Waikiki. It's in the middle of two main streets where all the shops, restaurants and beach are located. The bus stop is also 2 mins away.. The hotel is cheaper than all the hotels around it. If you need a room just to sleep, this is very good. But depending on where your room is located (and floor) it can be noisy. There is an outdoor food court right in the back of the hotel and they grill BBQ meat around noon into the evening. The smells gets into the hotel and room. The room is okay - bed is okay, a/c works, the hot water is very very slow to turn hot. The rooms are decent size. The room was updated probably 5 years ago, but the hotel itself is old. The hotel is 5 stories and has maybe 8 rooms on each floor. The elevator is outside and you need a key card to access.

Motel-style, so your door opens directly to the outside instead of into a hallway. You will hear every little noise from the outside, and there was construction happening. The vent in the bathroom was absolutely covered in filth, and there was mold on the ceiling. The room itself was cramped. Curtain for the balcony didn't close all the way, so light would always be in your face when you are trying to sleep. The furniture was old, and the small table was practically falling apart. For the positives, the staff was friendly, and the location was great.

Location, location, location. Parking was a challenge but cheaper then any other hotel and we had a 8 seater suburban. Friendly, helpful staff. No frills but we were just sleeping there.

Great place!!
This hotel was perfect for my daughter & I. The location was great. So close to the beach & sites. They even have parking available if you rent a car. There is a nominal fee but worth it. Everyone was so nice & they have beach items available at no charge. This is not a fancy place but perfect for most everyone’s needs.

Convenient location close to food trucks and the beach. Front desk staff were efficient and friendly. Overall a no frills, clean hotel. I would stay here again.

We got a rental car and there were only six parking spots available, and they were tiny spots. It was awful trying to fit into those spaces. I knew about the $25 a night parking fee. So that was fine. Everything else was amazing including distance from beach, room, and cleanliness.

Affordable and close to the beach.
For a small, older hotel it was kept up well. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. It is next to a food stand so it can be a bit noisy and there is cooking smoke and smells blowing in if you have the patio door open. It is very close to the beach and beach stores. A good place for the price.

Pros: Check in was easy and quick, location is great. Cons: The hotel itself was run down and needs a lot of updating, The remote in my room wasn't working and the lamp either.
