We had a few issues... -only 1 towel for 2 guests. Lucky I noticed before we went out so I could request another. -Noisy - we turned off the air conditioning but there was still a constant hum that seemed to be coming from the window side of the room. Possibly next to the aircon unit for the building. -Shower didn't drain well. -Staff chatting outside the room at 5am. For the price it was disappointing. We weren't asked how our stay was when we checked out as most hotels do. On the plus side the breakfast was lovely. I should have known it would be a dissapointment when we got room 101.

Not as hoped, shame they didn't give better complimentary tea, milk and sugar as we were given barely anything. Constant sound of dripping from the air conditioner and toilet roll holder broken.

The hotel is excellent. The staff are amazing especially at reception. The room was nice but I would upgrade next time as the room was next to an air conditioning unit which was quite noisy at night.

Hotel was in a convenient location for shopping and nightlife. Disappointed regarding lack of hotel parking requiring 10 min walk to nearest available with all luggage. No drop off/ pick up point outside hotel. Biggest disappointment was quality of bed/mattress, very low bed, soft and lumpy - poor sleep. All other facilities eg tea,coffe were in plentiful supply. Lovely hot, powerful shower.
