The staff were great especially Mali in the restaurant. I was charged for parking when I should not have been but was refunded without fuss. The bathroom in my room did smell of mildew but everything was clean and the bed was very comfy. Within easy walking distance of the town centre along the Thames tow path. Lovely

Lovely clean hotel, in an ideal location, a short walk into town. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast which was tasty and satisfying.
