Introducing "The Love Nest", a brand new luxury cabin inspired by none other than Marilyn Monroe located in Downtown Hot Springs walking distance to Bath House Row and all the wonderful shops, restaurants and venues Hot Springs has to offer. This unique cabin is beautiful inside & out with a clean, modern look and of course Marilyn is everywhere! Take a Ghost Tour, a Horse & Buggy ride, check out The Gangster Museum, jump on a Duck Boat ride, hike, fish, Magic Springs, Garvin Woodland Gardens or if you're feeling lucky check out Oaklawn Racing & Casino. You are literally in the center of all that the beautiful city of Hot Springs has to offer.
When you arrive at this brand new luxury cabin you have the option of parking on the designated parking pad on the lot directly next to the property or there is on-street parking also so the choice is yours. There are 2 staircases to enter the property. We recommend you come up the second staircase when you first arrive with your luggage. It's wider and it leads you directly to the entrance of the cabin. The cabin is beautiful! There's a crystal chandelier, ship-lap walls, hand-crafted banisters, lots of windows to take in the view or you can close the shades and enjoy your privacy. The living room is a cozy space with a super comfy sofa & movie reel end tables. Put your feet up and stream your favorite shows on the smart tv, The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and is stocked with everything you need, even some spices in case you want to spice things up a bit. The bedroom downstairs offers a queen size bed, smart tv, on suit laundry room and a covered patio complete with outside dining for 4 and a charcoal BBQ grill. This is a great spot to hang out in the evenings. The bathroom is on the rustic side. A copper sink, cool pipe shelving to store all your toiletries and a walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find another queen bed, smart tv plenty of closet space and a cute office space in case you need it. We are thrilled with the way everything turned out in this new build, we hope you will choose to stay with us for your Hot Springs vacation.

Misinformed- poor description of property
As conveniently located as this property was and is was a very nice little house. However, It was never explained that the only access to this property was Via 1 of 3 treacherous, very steep stairways. For which 1/2 of one was covered with slippery rocks and some treads even have tree roots that have taken over as the actually step instead of the concrete step. If you have anyone in your group that is older and has minimum mobility issues, this is it the property for you. This property is in NO WAY handicap accessible. My parents (69 & 70) came with me, both have old age mobility issues but are in no way handicap, but it was a struggle all weekend to keep them from falling down one of the HANRAILESS stairways. This was so very frustrating. We had to deal with chaos all weekend, only because of the stairway.

If you’re looking for a great place to stay near Bath House Row at a great price, this is it! This cottage has a modern and stylish interior while being very quiet and romantic! It’s absolutely stunning! Amenities were great and the cottage was very comfortable and clean. Slept very well too! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Loved the cabin/house. The boutique style was amazing. By that I mean the decorations. Very comfortable and beautiful. Should we make it to Hot Springs again, we definitely would love to stay there again.

Nice place but lots of road noise
The place looks exactly like the picture. However, there is so much noise from the road at night and EMT and trucks etc and so loud that you can hear that it is very difficult to sleep. Didn't get really any sleep. Just take into consideration.
