An older property that is charming. It is in the perfect location to walk to Bath House Row. There are plenty of local places to eat and have an adult beverage if you like. If you lime the outdoors that is the place to stay. There are a lot of hiking traials to go on. We will stay there again.

Sweet house šŸ  in sweet location!
We really felt at home in this comfy, cozy house. Well stocked, clean, and located (almost literally across the street) from the beautiful West Mountain Trail entrance. šŸ˜Š

The Cottage
This was such an amazing location!!!! We were walking distance from nearly everything. The bars, restaurants and clubs were fantastic!!!!! Also we were located in one of tge national parks and the nature was just breathtaking. We also walked to go see the alligators. YES... ALLIGATORS!!! I would and will be recommending to all my friends and I will be back to stay at the Cottage. THANK YOU LISA!!!!

Cute little spot
A friend of mine and I came for a motorcycle rally in Hot Springs and we prefer to stay in VRBO because itā€™s more cost effective. The property served the purpose. Lisa was very communicative when asked questions. Not sure weā€™ll go back to Hot Springs, but if we do, we would consider boarding with her again

My best friend and I stayed here after a long day in Jessieville at one of the crystal mines. The house was perfect! We each had our own comfortable, clean rooms with soft beds. The couches were lovely in the living room, too. The location was perfect and so close to downtown where we went for dinner. The WiFi was fast and easy to connect to. If youā€™re wanting a safe, convenient place to eat, sleep, and shower, this is the place! There is no TV, but because we were there for such a short stay, it didnā€™t really matter to us. I was fine with watching things on my iPad before bed. Again, I canā€™t recommend this little cottage enough!

Itā€™s all about location.
The location was perfect especially if hiking is your thing. There were awesome trails across the street that could take to to downtown or loop around the mountain top. The house was clean and had the essentials. A great place place to sleep and eat.

Cozy Comfortable Convenient Cottage
This was.a perfect location for our itinerary. We walked across the picturesque park-like ravine with walking trail, to enter the West Mountain trailhead, no driving needed. We spent the morning hiking and enjoying the view of the lookout. We then drove 4 mins to the downtown area and enjoyed Superior Bathhouse Beer Garden and some shopping. We hiked from the hot spring up to the lookout tower (pretty big inclines). The location and setting of the cottage is in Whittington Park, and is quiet and beautiful. It was appointed well enough for our needs. Lots of windows and light. We would have loved a firepit to enjoy in the front or backyard. We did enjoy a picnic outside on the front table. We didnt spend much time at the house, but it was exactly what we needed. Thank you!

A place to sleep
This was our first time visiting Hot Springs. I booked this property as previous listings commented on how clean it is - a priority for me when booking a place to stay. We did not feel that this place stands out for cleanliness. While it was neat and tidy, it left some things to be desired as far as cleanliness goes (although I donā€™t have any other experience with the standard for properties in Hot Springs). The curtains on the front windows were shears, which we did not find offered a lot of privacy in the evening. The rooms each had individual window A/C units, which were loud. The kitchen had the basic accoutrements you would expect, but the cabinet doors were stuck closed. There was ample space for our belongings and the carport was helpful given the rainfall during our stay. Our host, Lisa, was very helpful and even made sure we had a bike trail map. Her communication was great throughout our stay.
