When you aren't spending your days boating and relishing the Arkansas sunshine, head for one of the community's awesome shared amenities! These include a basketball court, tennis court, and pool.

Hunger is sure to hit after a full day outside, so the full kitchen and private gas grill have got you covered! As you prepare mealtime masterpieces, your loved ones can enjoy the living room's ample cozy seating, wood-burning fireplace, and large TV. When it's time to eat, gather around the formal dining table, situated overlooking the lake.

As you explore the rest of the apartment you will be pleased to find a separate laundry room, comfortable bedrooms, and sizable bathrooms. The primary bedroom overlooks the water and has an en suite bathroom complete with a jetted tub. Central air-conditioning rounds out the apartment's interior perks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
