I stayed here for 4 night, as this was part of a roadtrip I was on. The property was located right off the highway so it was convenient. Front Desk was very friendly but when I got to my room, the door frame looked like it had been kicked, like someone had tried previously to break in. The door did not shut properly and there was a big rip in the sofa chair. I went back to front desk and gentleman switched me to a different room. In the new room, the chain was broken and the bed linen was stained. Still not being happy, I just decided to deal with it since I wasn't going to be in the room that much during the day. I was put in a room right next to the parking lot, which was irritating as it was nosey a lot of the time. People were constantly coming and going. Guy at front desk said housekeeping comes every 3 days, but they never came to my room. Not sure if the message to them was received that I switched rooms. Heat worked great and good breakfast but as a solo female traveler, I would not recommend this property to other solo travelers or those needing more than a couple night's stay.

I was actually scared the entire night, we didn’t sleep a wink.. the door had areas where you could see plum through, the bathroom vent had a weird area behind it that made me uncomfortable.. definitely nasty not clean at all.

Front office manager was nice and trusting. Room was okay too, but no room service provided during stay. They only clean after you checkout, so keep this in mind if you plan to stay longer than 1 night.

The hotel is located within the National Park, we like the walking trails behind the hotel that took us to visitor center where the bath houses located and to Hot Springs Mountain Tower. Room and breakfast are good.

We've stayed at this location before and it's not loud or uncomfortable. This time, the room must not have been in use for awhile because there was a dank smell. If you are expecting customers, at least check that the room smells nice. There was no soap, shampoo or conditioners in the wall containers and although I was happy to get a smoking room, the comforter had burn holes in it.

Got into the first room, tv wasn't working properly. Talked to the front desk, she was more than accommodating, and moved us to another room next door. The TV was still messed up, but didnt want to bother then again. I decided to take a shower, when I got out I blindly just turned the light off. I didnt realize there was a blow dryer plugged in- that had a broken cord- and I got a pretty big shock. When I went to tell the front desk, she said that the housekeeper shouldnt have left that there. Also informed me the tvs usually have issues because of direct tv. Regardless, wouldnt stay here again.
