Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Lake District, our charming studio cottage in Hot Springs invites you to experience the perfect getaway. Imagine yourself relaxing in the cozy living area catching up on your favorite shows on the large internet-streaming TV and ... when weather allows ... enjoying our spacious outdoor deck with view of the lake. As you step into the fully stocked kitchen, you'll be delighted by the array of modern appliances, from the stove and oven to the refrigerator and dishwasher, allowing you to easily prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your culinary creations al fresco on the grill, or simply unwind with a refreshing beverage. When it's time to retire for the evening, retreat to the comfortable queen bed and new queen sleeper sofa, where you'll find plush linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Venture out and explore the nearby attractions, including the Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort just a 6-minute drive away, the historic Bathhouse Row just 9 minutes away, and the stunning Hot Springs National Park just 10 minutes from your doorstep. Our property offers fun with a boat dock to tie off your boat, a boardwalk shoreline to toss a lure, and a swim deck all in our commonly-shared cottage setting. (NOTE: Lake Hamilton's water level is drawn down November through February every year, and during this time boats cannot reach our dock space). With amenities like WiFi, a washing machine and dryer, and games for both adults and children, this cottage is the perfect home base for your Hot Springs adventure.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and came back for our first anniversary! It is always clean and well-stocked. We will definitely be back. The location was very convenient for all the activities we wanted to do in Hot Springs. It felt like everything was a short drive away.

The sweetest cottage ever!!!
This little cottage was very clean, in a great location, close to stores, downtown and to other attractions. Clementine the dog came to visit and greet me as well as some local geese. The cottage was perfect!!!

This property is just as described. Such a cute and cozy cottage. We loved the property & it came with everything we needed, although during mosquito months come prepared if you plan to sit outside and enjoy the view for more than a few minutes. We plan to stay again.

Cozy Cottage
We traveled to Hot Springs for our anniversary and this cottage was just the right place for us to stay. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed was comfy. The location was great--my only complaint would be the traffic. The cottage is located on a busy street, and people obviously aren't cautious when they're flying down the street. We had to be cautious when pulling out of the driveway. Other than that, we loved our stay and would stay here again.

A Taste of Paradise
This property is thoroughly enchanting. We sat outside every morning and evening and didnā€™t really want to leave to sightsee. We are frequent visitors to Hot Springs so having a place where we could just relax and decompress was amazing. The hosts were informative and responsive. We will come back.
