Cute Little Hideaway
This was a perfect base for my visit to Hot Springs. Its a small place but very well suited as a base for 1-2 people. Very well done. Would have liked to have easier access to the backyard area. Not sure if it is shared with the house adjoining the private yard.

Fantastic tiny house experience
This was a lovely experience, very close to downtown Hot Springs and filled with everything you might need, so dont overpack! Linda, the host, was attentive and gracious. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. Bathroom was filled with all the personal care items in a wonderful selection. It was perfect for my solo trip. Highly recommended for solo travelers, or for couples that are really close. It is very tiny, which i personally enjoyed, but if my hubby was with me, we would have been tripping over eachother, especially because I pack so much. 😊 You don’t need to over pack if youre going to stay here because everything you may need is provided. 💗

Wonderful little get away
I can’t enough about what a kind and gracious host Linda is. She gave me information about the interests I communicated to make my stay just perfect! The ‘cheat’ snacks were perfect! The property is clean and tidy; cutely decorated and not overly cluttered. I LOVED all of the extra pillows! This home was a perfect place to stay for a short getaway. We did not spend much time in the home because there was so much to do but when we did it was a cozy place. It was perfect for 2 people. The owner was available and very responsive. We had no issues and will be back again!

My husband and I had an AMAZING 2 nights at this Air B&B. Looked just like the pictures posted. Owner had the AC on and had a single candle on the stove. We sent the day down town Saturday, was exhausted when we got back to the room.

Had a great stay at this property. Owner was very easy to deal with and easy to get in contact with for anything. The house itself is exactly what is listed and shown. Has everything you could ask for in a visit to Hot Springs. Everything is 5 star worthy, except the location. Some of the surrounding area is worn down, but that's no fault of the owner and something to think about. Anyway, had a great time and would stay there again as well as highly recommend to anyone looking to visit this national park or any of its surround areas.

Small but had everything needed for an overnight stay. We were out biking all day and really only came back to sleep, which was perfect. Owners were super nice, the air and heat worked well, and it is just a short walk from downtown.

The owner was very nice and a wealth of information about Hot Springs. The property was very clean and was surprisingly well stocked with everything you need. It has small appliances and pots for cooking. All you need is to relax.

Thanks for a very enjoyable stay. I really liked the tiny house. Well maintained. My comments are for the benefit of the owners and future tenants and absolutely not complaints. The refrigerator is set at the coolest setting but is not cool enough. Freezer is fine. I would have preferred the lights over the bathroom sink to be less bright.

It was perfect for just me. The bed was cozy & comfy. Kitchen was nicely stocked. The owner was especially nice and answered any questions I had. It lacked for nothing except perhaps for a comfy reading chair inside & small outdoor table to place a book and a cup of coffee on. It was great as is but had it the chair & table, I would have deemed it Perfection!

Perfect location, ample space, and amenities provided. The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. There were informational pamphlets, dishes, towels, and anything else we would have needed to be comfortable. Definitely recommend Linda & Carroll as they provided excellent customer service and welcomed us into their home. If we ever make our way to Hot Springs again we’re def. Going to stay at this spot.
