Located just off the lake, Unit 04 is a modern and updated studio. The airy unit has plenty of space for down time as well as a king bed to provide uninterrupted sleep after a long day out. The kitchen is small but upgraded with luxury fixtures, a mini refrigerator, a microwave, and a stove top set against a bright backsplash. A ceiling fan and wall-mounted flat screen paired with a small softa and armchair create a surprisingly spacious living area and the generous bathroom is clean and features plenty of counter space and a large shower.

While this rental is not located directly on the water, it is offers lake views and access to a well-maintained deck overlooking the lake. The environment is perfect for nature lovers with plenty of green space as well as large windows and glass sliding doors to enjoy the views. The highlight of this studio is not only its location, but also its interior design that manages to make the space feel much larger than it is.

Visitors to the Hamilton community will enjoy its small-town feel. They can host a barbecue at the community pavilion or visit Hot Springs National Park just five miles from the rental. Magic Springs Amusement Park, Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, and Garvan Woodland Gardens are other attractions close to the studio.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
