Great hotel
I only had two complaints 1. The parking garage is way down the street 2. The beds were very high. I'm 5.4 and had to jump to get up. Other than that everything was excellent..nice room, helpful staff, good restaurant & van service. I'm booking again next week.

We stayed on the 8th floor with beautiful views. We are not fond of the mattress, but everything else is beyond our expectation. This is definitely a great hotel with the good price we get.

The room was very convenient & close to where we wanted to go but it was dirty. The ac filter was horrible and there was hair all over the room and floor and had a slight smell of wet dog.

Overall property is absolutely filthy and feels like an hourly motel. Room is dusty, dirty, and sheets had hairs all over them as if they were not even changed from the previous guests. Disgusting. Will never return.

Staff: Front desk and bell hops were very informative, helpful, and friendly. Rooms: Nice square footage on the 2 Queen bed rooms. I liked the fact that there was no carpet. Beds: Hard and uncomfortable. Sheets brown stains and holes. We found a partial fake eyelash in the sheets of one room. Could not get a good night sleep due to the uncomfortable mattress/pillows and the nasty sheets. Bathroom: Nice size. Hair was all over the shower and floors. It was also dusty. The door was a barn house style that would not close all the way or lock. On the last day we spotted a roach on the floor. Location: Excellent- we could walk to downtown and Hot Springs National Park. The Hotel also offers a shuttle to local attractions. I gave it a four based on location and staff. The nasty sheets and room should have bumped it down to three stars.
