It only took 5 minutes in this little gem to feel right at home. The propeety manager (Linda) was great to communicate with. We had a fantastic time in the local area and enjoyed a nice fire each evening. Definetly will be coming back.

Convenient Location
The property is very close to the Houghton boat launch and about 10 minutes from South Higgins Lake State Park boat launch. You can walk across the street to Houghton Lake for swimming. The fire pit/patio is very nice. The kitchen is small but worked for us to cook meals for 4. Bring tupperware or food storage containers.

First Michigan vacation
The property was neat, clean and convenient location for enjoying Houghton Lake. We enjoyed evenings around the fire pit and grilled one evening. Next time I would bring a power cord strip for all our devices.

Great stay!
The house and property was really nice, and was in a nice little quiet neighborhood. I have been staying in the area for years, and didn’t know about this hidden gem of a neighborhood. We liked the spacious living room and nice lake views…great to sit out on the balcony with the lake view too. Everything was clean, and included everything we needed or could want. There was great communication with the property manager, and always answered promptly. I would recommend and stay again!
