In Lachanau district on Lake Hourtin, this villa will welcome you for a perfect holiday.
Situated on a plot of 700 sqm, the villa of 100 sqm consists of a large living / dining room very bright, open kitchen with a pantry and a glass wine cellar overlooking the living room. The night consists of 3 bedrooms. Both are equipped with double beds 160x200 and extensive storage. The third is equipped for 4 beds (2x2 bunk beds 90x200). Separate toilet with washbasin. A bathroom of 8 m² with a large shower and a full bath all.
Outside, a covered terrace of 35 sqm with garden furniture (10 persons) and sun loungers and a barbecue await you for your grill. Finally, a garage of 30 m² is available as well as parking can easily accommodate three vehicles.
Home, modern and comfortable, is the latest standards. The sound insulation is excellent and the area is in any way known for its calm. The mature garden is fenced and offer children a secure play area.
The banks preserved the lake are 300 meters away. The harbor, beach and entertainment are directly accessible by a trail in the woods. The ocean is 12 kilometers by car or bike paths directly accessible from the villa. The village of Hourtin, shops and market are within two kilometers.
Upon request, the Golf equipment or windsurfing you will be lent for the duration of your stay.

Der Empfang durch Vincent war sehr professionell und sympathisch. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und für ruhesuchende absolut zu empfehlen. Ein abschließender Hinweis: Aufgrund der Angaben der deutschen Homepage, gingen wir davon aus, dass Handtücher bereitgestellt gestellt werden. Dies ist nicht der Fall. Vincent war auch hier dankenswerterweise äußerst hilfsbereit.

Very nice house in quiet Lachanau
Very nice and spacious house in the quiet village of Lachanau. Hourtin is close by and can be reached by bike. All in all very good. We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed. Just make sure to bring your own towels as they are not provided. You can even bbq in the garden and use the garage for your bikes. Two thumbs up.

Eine Woche Urlaub am Atlantik
Zusammen mit meiner Familie habe ich hier eine sehr schöne Woche fast direkt am Atlantik verbracht. Vom Haus aus sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zum See. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten am Atlantik. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man hört nur die Vögel. Mordern eingerichtet. Etwas hellhörig zwischen den Zimmern. Also sollte man nachts nicht all zu viel Lärm machen. Alles in allem aber ein super Angebot und ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder!

Super moderne und helle Villa mit Wohlfühlfaktor
Wir hatten herrliche Urlaubstage in dieser Villa. Die Einrichtung ist modern und alles ist sehr hell gestaltet. Hinzu kommt reichlich Platz und vor allem genug Platz zum Parken am Haus. Wir fühlten uns grundsätzlich wohl und sicher. Hourtin und Hourtin Plage ist keine 15 Autominuten entfernt und lohnt zu besuchen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und reagiert extrem schnell. Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Urlaub.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour . Maison située dans un quartier calme et nature . Pas obligé de prendre la voiture pour rejoindre Hourtin port ou plage . On enfourche son vélo et on traverse une agréable forêt et en 10 mn vous y êtes !!! MAison très bien entretenu, offrant de belles prestations !

Unser Badeurlaub 2019
Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alle Geräte waren leicht zu bedienen und befanden sich in einen einwandfreien Zustand. Der TV Empfang in deutscher Sprache ist möglich. Die große überdachte Terrasse lädt zum Frühstück und zum Abendessen als auch zum lesen ein. Das Haus ist sehr gut isoliert, sodass man sehr gut schlafen kann, angenehme Temperatur. In dem Hauptort befindet sich ein Bäcker, Metzger, Fischladen sowie zwei Supermärkte. Wir haben den See genossen, ca. 5min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Den Atlantik, hier haben wir 4 Strände besucht, sehr schöne Sandstrände, ist mit dem Auto in ca. 15min. bis ca. 35min. zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden, solange man vor 14:00 Uhr eintrifft. Auch die Übergabe am Abreisetag gestaltet sich unproblematisch. Wir werden wieder kommen.
