How accommodation from AU$79

Room, staff, location and food were great. The description of parking on Hotels.com was misleading. I filtered search results to show only hotels with "free parking" because this was crucial for me. On the basis that there was free parking I booked this hotel. Immediately after making a non refundable booking i received an email advising that free parking is not guaranteed. I replied stating that the description clearly said "free parking", I was directed to the "at a glance" section which does mention that parking space is limited but, in my opinion, if i filter for "free parking" I should only see hotels which actually have free parking. The car park is very small. I arrived at 230pm and there were only three spaces. Since i was able to park everything was cool but hotels.com needs to adjust the listing to more accurately reflect the true parking situation.

Very convenient O/N stop with a few food options at the services. Building looks a bit worn from the outside but inside room was clean and bed comfy. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. As an earlier review commented on the noise from the lorry park I was a bit concerned when I realised our room was the closest one to it. However, even though I’m a light sleeper there was no noise to be heard, so all good.

east to find nicely situated in town centre, easy walk from station, good facilities and clean hotel, would use again
