Overall the hotel was nice. Nice breakfast, clean and nice staff. The negative was the elevator is horrible. It shakes, pops and makes sounds like it possibly could get stuck. Not just once but every time. I hope this is a temporary situation.

Pleasant Stay
The facility was clean, comfortable and relaxing. The area was quiet but a little remote. We had to travel a few miles into Michigan to find places to eat. Breakfast quality and quantity was good. We especially appreciate real brewed coffee, unlike the coffee sludge machines to which many other hotel chains have switched.

Third floor hallway constant odor of marijuana. Tuesday morning struggled with water pressure in the shower. Monday morning knocked at the door to get luggage cart. Not likely to return.

We stayed overnight for a little weekend getaway for the kids over spring break. The hotel is very clean, everyone was very kind, and the breakfast was amazing.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room and hallways were clean and room was comfortable. Only negative in room was the noise level of the heating system. It was better to be cool than have the heater kick in because it was loud.

HVAC not working, room adjacent to elevator, if room get smaller I'd be amazed. Parling lot noise, high way noise made sleeping nearly impossible. Breakfast area too small and food quality leaves much to be desired.
