Not super clean and a bit smelly, but worth what you pay for. Perfect for a night or two. I slept well.
Nice owners of age.

Don't expect any room equipments
The hotel located at the end of the busy street in Ziapolite and really close to beach. The owner was friendly and nice.
The room we got was right next to the reception and the common area. If opened the window and curtain, everyone can see us from there. The air conditioner and refrigerator in the room didn't work ... Honestly you can choose any better ones with this price ...

Very accommodating. Our room had a fridge and ac. Down side was the toilet leak. Had to use both hotel towels to keep it in check. Owner said that the needed part was ordered. Nothing could be done until then.
The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. The shower head faced the toilet with about 4 feet between the two. There was no door to the bathroom, just a curtain. It was not even worth its price since we paid similar prices for much better rooms.
Very nice hostel...The couple that runs the place are great. The hotel itself is a little dated ...It's a hostel
