NYE Stay
We rented the condo to avoid driving home after a big New Years Eve party on site. The rental was great. The check in/out process was all electronic so you didn't have to worry about check in timing. Very clean and decorated nicely. It's the perfect size for a couple's get a way.

Loved the amenities. Definitely recommend a boat because the condo is SMALL and you won’t want to spend much time in it. But the location and place are great overall!

Relaxing Stay
Mariner's Landing Pointe was the perfect place for a relaxing get away. Beautiful location and access to multiple pools, trails, the lake, restaurant, and small market with essential groceries and Starbucks coffee on the property - everything you need is right there. The studio was very clean, and provided coffee and some light snacks. The building was also quiet, clean, and well maintained, as was the rest of the property. I will definitely be back for another stay!

Mariners Studio
Very nice property, in clean quiet building. Comfy bed. Nice decor. It was a good value. Overall clean, but still some spill on the counter. Instructions for entry into the building front door weren’t provided and a resident gave me the code after I showed we had a reservation. Ceiling fan only works on one speed. Keurig combination pod/carafe coffee maker only works for pods. Also, there was no sink stopper for the kitchen sink. The positives outweighed the small negatives, which I’m sure will be easily taken care of. We would stay again.
