Welcome to A Reel Good Time, a unique vacation rental offering tremendous views from the living area to the deck that encompasses the beautiful lake and mountains. Highlights include golf, restaurants on-site, tennis, and pools.

Rest easy in this gorgeous remodeled Mariners Landing condo, located in the center of the Smith Mountain Lake area. The interior was updated recently with new floors, furniture, appliances, and bedding. The new floors extend throughout the house along with completely remodeled bathrooms.

Gather around the fireplace located in the living area. The large deck is pleasant any time of year, with windows that open to enjoy the fresh air as well as sunsets. Both bedrooms offer a TV and high-end furnishings. The balcony leads off from the living area, offering breathtaking views of Smith Mountain Lake.

Head down to the sandy beach or pools for a day by the lake - there is plenty to keep you entertained with an on-site indoor pool, outdoor pools, tennis courts, restaurants on-site, a game room, and a fitness center.

Key
Only problem we had was getting the key out of the padlock. It took several tries. We finally had to get someone to help us. Appear the key holder needs replacing. Also we only received 1 key for 4 people. It was kind of a hassle.

Very nice but...
This condo at Mariners Landing Resort was very nice. We loved the decor, view, amenities, and the beautiful lake (renting a boat for the afternoon was one of the highlights of our trip). We would have given it a higher rating except for two areas. They didn't answer our question on whether the linens were fragrance free after two times of asking but did tell us the linens were hypoallergenic (which we discovered does not mean fragrance free). Also, they could have done better on cleaning (e.g. porch had a few pieces of popcorn on the floor and the wall hair dryers had a lot of dust). A few days into our stay, they did give us brand new sheets and offered to clean the condo.
