Not clean and then tried to charge extra for a service dog which is against the law. My dog is cleaner than most of the people I saw at this place.

Check in staff was good. Kids lived the pool. Morning staff not so good! Told her there was no hot water for the shower. Her: "Did you let it run a while?" Me: Of course! Her: "Well now you've got the cold water out of the system so everyone else can have a hot shower!" And smiled! That's not the correct answer to, or the correct way to address, the problem!

No place to put suitcases or counters. Microwave broken. Scratchy sheets. Sink didn’t plug. Stale cereal. Thin walls so heard neighbors partying. Grill area looked soggy and scary to use. No soaps or shampoos. Hot water for showers. Frig worked. Wi-Fi good.

The room was clean. The bed was the most uncomfortable and outdated bed I think I've slept on in my life. The coffee is terrible. It does have a nice view. The area is gorgeous.

No coffee and not very comfortable
The bed was rock hard. There's a weird smell that reminds me of a homeless shelter. The towels were quite old and threadbare. There was blood spatter on the bathroom door. I brought my own cleaning wipes and used quite a few. The chairs were very old and stained. I'm a camper so I could've overlooked a lot of this. Until the next morning. When we checked in we were told there would be coffee and breakfast. There was nothing except yesterday's cold, old coffee. When we left at 7:30 am there was still nothing. We had to drive 2 miles to a coffee shop. If you think you're saving money with an "included breakfast," you won't. I won't stay here again. Read the reviews.

We were very disappointed with our overall experience. The continental breakfast was awful with very few items offered and the donuts were rock hard. The bed was saggy, the room had an odor and offered limited amenities and didn't even offer a hairdryer to use. We were charged an additional $60 that they said we should get back. As far as we were concerned, it was already an overpriced room, and we didn't see anything that would even need to charge additional for. We generally don't give poor reviews but felt a need to vent our disappointment.

I have to admit I was a little skeptical of the property based on the reviews, however I have learned not judge a book by its cover, and I was right! The staff I met were very helpful and concerned that I had everything I needed. The room was as advertised, it was clean, secure and everything worked as it should. I will definitely be staying again!

Warn out!
The bed coverings were dingy and old and did not look clean. Simple amenities like hair dryer and coffee in room would have been nice. Continental breakfast was cereal or white toast. One lukewarm carafe of coffee available.
