Additionally, this floor offers a room with two beds and a bathroom, all of which have access to the balcony. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules for your convenience.

The second upper floor features two rooms, each with two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long, and a bathroom. Both rooms provide access to the balcony.
