Well equipped chalet by ski slopes and in the town centre
Three families thotoughly enjoyed their stay in the great ski domain of Alpe d'Huez, and especially in the chalet. The younger generation had their own space for play in the basement, while the adults enjoyed the spectacular views from the ground-level living room. Plentiful hot water and the sauna eased the strains of the ski slopes, and the well-equipped kitchen provided meals for all. Nothing was missing except perhaps a light over the kitchen sink and instructions for the satellite TV.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Chalet très bien situé. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Une barrière de sécurité en haut des escaliers serait bienvenue pour la sécurité des bébés.

Châlet très bien placé au centre de la station. Correctement équipé. Petit problème dans une des salles de bains avec le robinet de la douche. Accueil très sympathique de la personne en charge de l'accueil.

Wonderfull stay at this beautiful house
This house was everything we had hoped for and more. Location within 3 min walk from the slopes. Bathrooms were modern and the showers amazing. The supemarket was across the street and the host was very relaxed and gave us a warm welcome. In conclusion, we could not have it any better!

Bel été à l'Alpe d'Huez
Chalet bien située dans la station. Proximité de tous commerces, belles vues. Quant aux prestations, il faut faire attention à l'annonce et photos émis par le propriétaire qui sont trompeurs...est ce volontaire?. En effet, nous avons été surpris de constater que nous ne disposions pas d'un chalet entier, mais d'un premier étage avec le sous sol assez sombre aménagé. Le second étage appartient a un autre propriétaire. Quelques désagréments ont d'ailleurs soulignés notre séjour(bruits à pas d'heure, ...). Ensuite, globalement le chalet n’était pas propre et poussiéreux: les sanitaires, tous les éléments et électroménager de la cuisine étaient sale, nous avons globalement du relaver chaque vaisselle utilisé. Absence à l'arrivée et au départ du prestataire/propriétaire.

Überbuchtes Ferienhaus
Bei unserer Ankunft wurde uns von der Agentur mitgeteilt, dass wir das Ferienhaus nicht beziehen könnten, da ein Fehler passiert sei und das Haus bereits vergeben ist. ( 2 Tage vorher wurde mir noch schriftlich zugesichert, dass das gebuchte Objekt für uns reserviert sei! ) Uns wurde eine andere, angeblich gleichwertige Unterkunft angeboten, was aber weder von der Größe, Ausstattung, Lage, etc. der Fall war. Wir weigerten uns, diese Wohnung zu beziehen. Erst als wir hartnäckig blieben, konnten wir dann doch in die gebuchte Unterkunft einziehen. Dort waren keine anderen Gäste und es kamen auch keine. Äußerst seltsam!!! Es müsste in der Ausschreibung stehen, dass die oberste Etage mit dem großen Balkon ( siehe Bild ). nicht zum gemieteten Objekt gehört, sondern nur die mittlere Etage und der Keller. Die Räume dort sind für Personen über 1,85m wegen der geringen Deckenhöhe nicht geeignet. Die Ausstattung, Küche, etc. war ok. Leider mussten wir schon nach 2 Nächten abreisen, da das Skigebiet geschlossen wurde.

Séjour entre amis pour le triathlon de L’Alpe d’Huez
Superbe chalet tout équipé en plein coeur de la station. Nous avons séjourné entre amis (16) à l’occasion du triathlon de L’Alpe d’Huez, à 2 pas de la rue commerçante et de la piscine, en face d’une supérette. Chambres idéalement équipées avec douche (3 à l’étage + 2 au sous-sol + 1 clic clac), cuisine et salon au rdc + autre salon au sous-sol. Grande terrasse exposée et local à ski (ou à vélo!) à l’entrée. Merci à Laurence pour l’accueil. Nous reviendrons pour l’hiver !

L'alpe d'huez est une super station que nous connaissions déjà et nous sommes heureux d'avoir découvert ce chalet qui correspond en tout point à la description élogieuse de l'annonce.Soleil, ski et une situation idéale ont fait de ce séjour en famille ( 3 générations) une réussite .

Chalet décrit avec 2 belles terrasses sud mais celle du vaut inaccessible car loué à d autres
Pas très propre à l arrivée plusieurs mégots de sigarettes éparpillés sur la terrasse et des débris de verre cassé sous Le fauteuil trouvés par mes petits-enfants rempants ainsi que plein de minous de poussière 7 lampes défectueuses! Un convecteur ne fonctionnant dans la salle de séjour. Impossible de joindre la responsable Le dimanche car messagerie pleine! Et étant à Genève Le lundi.Propriétaire également intouchable

Magnifique chalet très bien situé,au coeur de la station proche des commerces et des pistes Tout est conçu pour le confort des vacanciers dans un cadre chaleureux avec de grands espaces pour chacun; nous avons apprécier les 2 salons :le premier a l étage avec une immense baie vitrée orientee sud et vue dégagée et le deuxième en rez de chaussée meublé de canapes et fauteuils pour acceuillir tout le monde, plus un coin jeux avec babyfoot. Agencement parfait,de très bon gout et de qualité;rien ne manque. Une mention particulière et un grand merci à Mr Renard pour sa disponibilité à répondre à nos demandes de renseignements ainsi qu'à Laurence pour son acceuil et sa disponibilité.
