While the hotel is luxurious, it seems to overlook some important details. For instance, the shampoo dispenser wasn't functioning properly, and the taxi ride from the hotel to the airport couldn't be charged to my bill. Given that the cost is $400 per night, these minor issues should not occur.

We had a wonderful time at the Live Aqua Hotel!!! The staff was very nice and helpful. If you are staying at this property you must go to the Spa. I will definitely be staying at this wonderful hotel the next time I visit CDMX.
