The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The area around the hotel was a little rundown, but it was quiet enough. The fact that they charged a parking fee so that they would have a security guard patrol at night was a little unsettling. It didn't feel unsafe, we are from a big American city with a pretty hefty crime and murder rate, but that made us a little nervous. All in all our stay was very pleasant and I would recommend this hotel to others.

I like to make my reservation to the front desk of the hotel. A week after we made original reservation made another night stay. Did it online, confusing, about rooms available and pricing. I'm a rewards member and didn't receive credit points when I went online. I appreciate the staff at front desk confirming everything and they can easily access and track your member awards points and how to use them. With work and traveling, it's a challenge to keep track of all the rewards or promotions, especially when you stay at several hotels.
