Note to guests to read the full terms and conditions before staying to avoid loosing security deposit. Bathroom very small, flat good value of money.

As you didn't arrange for your dog to stay with us in advance and pay the associated charge, we contacted you to let you know that the pet fee would be deducted from your security deposit.Regarding the bathroom size, we ensure that all our apartment descriptions, including dimensions, are accurately provided at the time of booking. The apartment you chose is our smallest and most economical option, which includes a compact bathroom as described. Larger apartments with larger bathrooms are available. We hope to welcome you back in the future and provide you with an even better experience.

Advertised price not the total price

Pre arrival we were hounded by admin regarding the security deposit and the £50 ( other hotels usually only charge £20) dog fee.which on departure we became aware of why. We have a chocolate Labrador whom frequently travels with us, he is 12 years old. We always advise the hotel he is coming and we only ever look for dog friendly places to stay. We stayed for 3 nights so obviously there was some evidence of dog hair on our departure. We believe in an extra fee for pets to stay so that was not the issue. The room had 2 small bucket chairs that were too small for him to sit on if we had of allowed him on the furniture and the bed was fairly high for an old dog to clime on to; once again if we had allowed him. On departure we were emailed to advise £50 would be charged from our £100 security deposit due to the excessive dog hair on the carpet; the room was a wooden floor, the bed as the sheets would need cleaning; I would like to think these were automatically cleaned after each visit, and the chairs; that he never sat on. On emailing them in response I received a snotty email from their Operations manager stating that his team do not spend time on trivial things such as photographs on the extra charges. If they were that trivial why double charge us. This really spoilt what was an okay stay. I am surprised they did not charge us for use of the electric and washing machine as these also come at an extra cost. Do not be fooled by the advertised price.

was just a little disappointed on how small the room was but would definitely book again, just a larger room next time.
