House is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath. Master bedroom downstairs with it's own modern bathroom shower. No stairs! 2nd and 3rd bedroom upstairs with a king bed in one and 2 twins in the other plus a good sized full bathroom upstairs. Master bathroom plus the 1/2 bath downstairs.

Attached Single Front house with a totally separated guest house attached in the back.

The entire house with full kitchen, open living room and dinning room. Surrounded by attached single homes and stand along single homes. Downtown HB can be loud during special events (July 4th weekend, US Open for surf, Softball tournament, New Years, etc…). During special events very active and happening area.

High speed internet, TV, towels, coffee, hair dryer, 2 beach bikes, 1 hybrid + 1 mountain bike for teenager, body boards, beach chairs and umbrella provided. Plenty of sand toys, buckets and shovels for the kids to play with!

Stinky But Great Location
My two sisters and I were visiting family for a long weekend and chose this VRBO due to the bedrooms and location. We really wanted to love this place due to the great location to stores, restaurants and beach but the living room & kitchen smelled like cat urine. Could have been the couch but the entire place seemed dirty and unswept. One of the bathrooms had a small pile of dirt or bug killer in a corner. By the end of our stay we couldn't leave fast enough.

Great Location to all the great things about Huntington Beach
This property served all our functional needs--everything was working well (kitchen, washer/dryer, bathrooms). Furthermore, the property put us in a prime spot only blocks away from PCH and the beach as well as only a few blocks from Main Street and the Pier. You can't beat how close the location puts you to everything. A couple of heads up: there is no A/C--which might not be surprising so close to the ocean and its cooling breezes. (And this is a clear description in the listing before we booked--so no complaints from us. We came in with eyes wide open.) The unexpected challenge with this set up, however, is that in order to cool the Master Bedroom, you have to leave a sliding glass door open thru the night--exacerbated by the door being on the front of house exposed to the sidewalk and street. This didn't feel safe, but feeling stuffy is even more frustrating for the amount you pay to rent the place. Like beach houses sometimes are, this place isn't exactly a luxury stay. Everything's dated and, strangely, you have to press a button in the master bedroom to get hot water working for that bathroom and the kitchen thru a recirculator. It's not hard work to hit the button, just strange. It's kind of a symbol of the place. Lastly, while not the owner's fault, the neighborhood has a college age, up-all-night, yelling-in-the-street vibe, too. So, if you're a family, be mindful of this as the things that are shouted aren't often edifying to children or to your own sleep.

All we needed and wanted in California
Unbelievable location and communication from the owner. We wanted a space near the beach and Main Street and this certainly accomplished that. Staying there with our 3 young boys it was so easy to pop out to the shops or walk to the ocean. Truly exactly what we hoped. Parking in the attached was an excellent amenity as well. Great Condo would come again
Condo was great. Plenty of space. Tremendous location and close to everything. Loved the bikes available to use as well as beach chairs. The unit owner was very nice, responsive and accommodating, particularly when we had to extend our stay by one night due to cancelled flight. Our family had a great time, and would love to come back to same unit.

Returning to area after 25 years
Our family lived in Huntington Beach until 1997 and wanted to return to our favorite area on Main Street and the Pier. This location was perfect. Easy walking to Main Street, the Pier, and the beach. Beach equipment was a real plus even though we did not get the chance to use the bikes. Beach towels were ample for the entire family. Everything worked great!!!

Huntington Beach Getaway
Our nephews beautiful wedding brought us to Huntington Beach but we enjoyed so much more.....the 2021 Air Show was going on which was amazing and a big surprise. The location of the home was so close we could walk to the beach/pier everyday and spend a good amount of time enjoying the perfect weather, great food and fun activities. It was our first visit to HB and we will definitely be back, hopefully staying in the same vrbo.

My family and I have stayed at this house, this will have been our second year. The location is great, I have bad knees and it's hard to walk very far this house is close to everything. The owner is wonderful very friendly and very helpful. We will be back.

A little time away.
Overall, it was great! We are all from Tennessee so when we were told there was no air, we kinda freaked, but the weather was absolutely perfect! The only downside to the no air was we had the windows and patio doors open, so I was woken up every morning by 6am due to traffic, trucks beeping while backing up, people laughing/talking loudly while walking by. The location of the house was really convenient, we walked everywhere! There was a little confusion when it came to where to park but we got it after talking to the owner personally. There was a leak from the upstairs bathroom and it was leaking all over the downstairs bathroom counter and we had to soak up the water with towels.

Great Place for the Price and Location
The property is was great. Not elaborate, but comfy. It was a short walk to the beach (less than 2 blocks). The beach amenities (beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards) that were at the property were awesome to have. My older 2 kids (20 and 17 yes old) took the bikes out a couple of days and had a blast. For the price and I don't think you could find a better place to stay. We would definitely rent this place again.

Close to the beach !
Very nice house that is a block or two from the beach . Cute coffee shops , restaurants, stores, a CVS, the Huntington Beach pier and ocean are all within walking distance of this cute place . It had everything you need from a washer/ dryer , and full kitchen to extras like bikes and a grill . Bianca was a text away with any questions. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great location!
This property is so close to main street and the pier! We loved walking to Sanchos tacos and 602 coffee each morning for breakfast as well as picking up food from main street and taking it back to our place. It was an ease to walk to the beach with our kids and wagon and we borrowed the chairs and sand toys from the property. Great clean spacious bathrooms and kitchen was well supplied. We are from AZ, so no A/C was a little hard for us, but we managed with the fans and doors open at night (thought it was very loud on the weekend with people parking on the street and talking by their cars or loud vehicles driving by revving their engines). We loved the twin beds for our two young kids that were right next to our bedroom. The homeowner/property manager was a call away and answered when we had a question. We were a little disappointed that we couldn't park our car in the garage as it only fits a compact car (we drive a van) but there was enough parking on the street in front of the residence that we didn't mind. All in all we loved the home, location and the space/cleanliness. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great time! The house was clean and everyone had their own balcony. The bikes, beach chairs and body boards were convenient and fun. Perfect for our family
We would definitely stay there again. We have stayed at quite a few places in the past few years in Huntington Beach, this by far was the best. It was very clean the owner was very responsive to us and what a great location. If I had any complaints it would be that it is somewhat hard to park because of the great location and the second house is above the living room area and the neighbors walking or running through their house can get very loud, but yet when sleeping in the rooms we didn't hear it at all.
