Poor communication, inaccurate description of the amenities, and complete failure to respond to numerous issues during my stay. Do not stay here.

Very poor stay
Host was slow to respond, or just completely unresponsive. I had to send 3 messages to get access instructions. Then instructions were very confusing with two different lockbox codes. Halfway through my stay of 5 nights half the outlets stopped working. This included the refrigerator and TV. I sent multiple requests to have it resolved, but it never did get fixed. All food and drink in the fridge got warm and much had to get thrown out. The dispensers in the shower were all empty. The description for the listing is deceptive. There is no microwave, or stove, and the unit is located in a trailer park. I was double charged for a cleaning fee, and despite being promised that extra charge would be refunded, it still hasn't happened. I had a very poor stay and would not recommend it.

I was sooo excited to book this container!! I didn't receive my access information until I texted the contact number. They wouldn't respond via app. Soo maybe they can work on that. To make process smoother. I was most surprised when i entered the container. There is no living room area like they discussed. No storage room either. Huge False advertisement. The concept is Amazing. But be honest in ur listing. I didn't receive what I paid for. However the rv site is Amazing. The pool area is breathtaking. My other suggestion would be offer more towels etc. We were give only 2 for 2 people for the whole weekend. Between bathing and pool, that's not enough.

Nice place to rest
I enjoyed the feel of the container home, and the area was quiet and respectful of privacy even with so many people around. It was an easy location to find, and the container home was clean, neat and set up well. There were some minor maintenance problems that were inconvenient, but the concierge over text was very polite and reactive even though repairs could not be made in the time of my stay. Overall, a nice place to rest while I spent time in the area.

Small get away AMAZING
We were traveling from Florida to Troy Alabama to Indiana. Needed something just simple and easy for use to get our cargo trailer in. Well this location hit all our marks. You could not ask for a better location, quiet off the bitten path and just overall AMAZING. Our next trip this will be our stop from now own all I can say is WOW!!! You need to book it for a simple, get away you won’t be disappointed.
