Great Stay!
The hotel stay was for a show at the Orion Amphitheater. The proximity couldn't be best!! I enjoyed a couple drinks at the bar with my friends, the bartender was very sweet and great at her job! The price of the room was reasonable, parking was easy with no issues, there are maybe restaurants and stores near by... Over all excellent locations. I almost forgot the shower has excellent water pressure.

Great hotel. Room service hours wer restricted breakfast and dinner after 5. The club adjenct was loud until 10pm or 11. Heavy beat. But a the location is close, Trader Joe was grrat for sandwiches and wraps.

Holiday Inn at Mid-City Huntsville, AL
Housekeeping and general maintenance staff are excellent! Just remember, they cannot read your mind... So you have to talk to them if you have any requests. It has been a while since I have been to this side of town, so it is fun to explore the minor township that has sprung up from the ashes of the old Madison Square Mall. The hospitality and service industry is one of the pillars of the South, specifically the American South. This hotel is a hidden gem right in the middle of Huntsville; it gives easy access routes to upscale shopping and downscale nightlife fun. The lobby is quite welcoming, and there is a bar and restaurant right as you walk in the doors. It has a more cozy atmosphere than some of the hotels at which I normally reside. Definitely make this a stop on your list if you are in town and cannot decide on a destination! Check in is easy, as long as you have your reservation and confirmation number ready. Make sure to avoid the groups of workers coming in during the evening, though, as they often have to call back to their office to have rooms changed and reconfirmed. Anytime I have run into this issue, the front desk staff have diligently attended to correcting problems. Just make sure not to fully book it out, or I won't be able to get a room next time!
