House Rules:
★ NO SMOKING ★
Please refrain from smoking anywhere on the property! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits!
★ All guests must be on reservation. No guests not on your reservation are allowed. ★
★ Any illegal activity will be reported to the authorities. Tampering with our security cameras will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund ★
★ Severely Damaged linens will incur a charge 3 times rate for replacement ★
Minimum age to book is 21.
***All cancellations incur a 10% fee and refund per cancellation policy.

A booking request constitutes acceptance of house rules.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival - 10% cancellation fee.
No refund if within 7 days of arrival.


**Security Deposit Hold of $100.00 is required to book. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 25 Years of Age.**

Reminder: Check out is 10am.
1. Please DO NOT eat or drink in the bedroom areas. This encourages pests. You may incur additional cleaning fees.

2. Our cleaning fee is based on a "courteous guest". If the house or linens are damaged or neglected, in a condition beyond what a reasonable, courteous, guest, would leave the dwelling in, an additional $150 cleaning fee will be assessed.

3. This home sleeps a max of 4 guests. All guests must be registered at time of booking.
