Issues resolved very speedily and professionally!
We were staying for 2 nights, the first night my daughters bed was very uncomfortable and the room was warm. However, after speaking with the lovely lady on reception a move to a different room resolved all issues in a polite, friendly and professional manner! We had a lovely stay and thought the hotel and staff were excellent. Unfortunately we were woken at about midnight by loud, screaming women outside, which went on for quite a long time! Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the car park. I have nothing against people having a good time, but think maybe a security guard could possibly prevent this from happening. We would stay at this hotel again but would request a room away from the car park/bar area.

Great but need some TLC
Perfect location, comfortable rooms but hotel may need a little TLC. There is a smell on the corridors and the lift is ancient but still very functional. Service was however below par. They practically ran out of everything during breakfast for the 3 nights we stayed here. Customers were queuing waiting for food items to be replenished but there seems to be no urgency or should I say the restaurant seems UNDERSTAFFED. The pool was great and quiet whenever we visit.
