I recently stayed at Rixos Premium Magawish Suites and Villas, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff here is nothing short of amazing and accommodating, ensuring that every guest feels special. This resort is incredibly family-friendly, making it a perfect choice for those traveling with loved ones. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and spacious, offering a luxurious retreat. Housekeeping is always available, ensuring that the rooms are spotless and comfortable throughout the stay. The dining options are excellent, with several restaurants offering a variety of delicious dishes. However, I found the buffet to be exceptional, with fresh and well-maintained food that could easily satisfy any palate. I celebrated my birthday at the Brazilian restaurant, and the experience was unforgettable. The staff made it so special, and I want to extend a special thank you to Heba, Peter, and Ahmed for providing such a fantastic dining experience. Rixos Premium Magawish Suites and Villas is an exceptional hotel. From the moment we arrived and were checked in on a sofa with a cool towel and a glass of champagne to our last coffee and excellent pastry, the experience was exceptional. The staff are outstanding, the suite spacious and spotlessly clean, the selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and pool service amazing. Apart from one bad meal in the Salt (fish/seafood restaurant) and a toaster in the main restaurant which was broken and failed daily to deliver the toast, there really was nothing at all negative about our stay. I could not recommend this hotel more highly. Congratulations to all the excellent staff for their outstanding service. I would love to return.

Pros - LUXURY at its finest! - Given welcome drink while waiting for check-in then taken in a golf buggy on a tour of the resort on our way to our room - Friendly and helpful staff - We had garden view suite, which was very spacious with separate sleeping and seating area. The garden view was lovely and I could partially see the sea! - Luxury toiletries in the bathroom - Bathrobes and slippers in the room - Choice of 4 A La Carte restaurants which you need to reserve either 1 day before or you can try on the day (we managed to reserve the Asian restaurant on the day). You can reserve the restaurants more than once, apart from salt, which you can only reserve once - Great variety of amenities included in all inclusive package- gym, ice cream cafe, hot drink and cake cafe, outdoor exercise classes, sports facilities, bars - We were always able to get a Sun lounger; the lifeguards were very observant in making sure people didn’t reserve loungers then go off for ages; I preferred lounging by the lotus pools as it was quieter and less busy, I lounged by the main pool a few times and enjoyed the vibe. I was glad to have options - Good variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the main buffet restaurant (turquoise); if you missed lunch then there was another restaurant open for a later lunch (people’s) and also a snack bar (beach snaxx) Cons - hot chocolate machine was hit and miss -evening entertainment was repetitive; it would have been good to have more culture

This resort is in a great location within a two minute drive of the airport. The grounds are stunning with an impressive driveway leading to the main reception. There are many dining options with some better than others. I would recommend Mangal and The Brazilian restaurant but would avoid the Turkish. We had a very bad experience with our room as my wife and I were put in a twin bed room rather than a king room that we had booked. When this was highlighted to the reception they said that the king was based on availability despite us having a confirmed reservation. The reception staff, especially the manager, were completely unhelpful in resolving the issue. Overall a good holiday spilt by this issue.

Exceptional! Highly recommend. Thank you Andrew, Ibrahim ElSayed, KuKu and Dasha! 10/10 overall. Only smal feedback, the entertainers at night could be better and not be repetitive. As after a few days it gets slightly boring Otherwise hotel staff facilities food drink bedroom beach pool was Exceptional Thanks
