A cosy and original Hyams beach cottage, this home is perfectly designed for a couple or young family. Nestled back from the road, it is close to the beach and walking tracks.

Summer Season Bookings: 13 Dec 2024 and 23 Jan 2025 - Minimum 7 night booking - Arrival and departure on a Saturday. If booking online, please search for vacancies with Saturday being the arrival and departure day. Summer Season bookings are most easily made directly with our Bookings Team.
Where will I be?
Acacia Cottage is located on the upper northern side of Tulip Street, close to Chinaman's Beach and the White Sands coastal walk.
Why choose Acacia Cottage?
This cute cottage makes great use of space. It is comfortably decorated with a great yard and deck. Sit back and enjoy the views to Jervis Bay.
How is the property laid out?
Acacia Cottage has open plan living kitchen, lounge and dining. Both the kitchen and bathroom are new with bathroom having heat lamps and bath. Cosily decorated, this cottage would suit a family with children. With two single beds at the end of the dining room and a queen bedroom adjoining, this cottage makes efficient and stylish use of space without feeling too small. The deck runs along the front of the house and has views of Jervis Bay. Please note that Naturally Hyams does not have a washing machine or clothes dryer.
WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Acacia Cottage has a large enclosed yard with a gas BBQ and an outdoor setting. The front deck is a very livable space, with seating to enjoy spectacular views of the bay or star gazing at night.
Keeping warm or keeping cool?
Acacia Cottage can be opened up to allow the summer breeze in and the bedroom has a ceiling fan for the extra hot nights. A gas heater is supplied for the cooler months.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Linen is supplied at Acacia Cottage. Please however remember to bring your own beach towels!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
Acacia Cottage has off street parking for one or two cars, plus a covered car port for one car.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Acacia Cottage is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
Is there any special information I should know about?
Please note that Acacia Cottage does NOT have a washing machine or clothes dryer.
