Beachdaze offers the complete package Contemporary design, swimming pool, two outdoor entertaining areas, luxury, secure parking and easy access to the main beach and cafe. It sleeps six in comfort and style and is spread over three split levels.

Summer Season Bookings: 13 Dec 2024 and 23 Jan 2025 - Minimum 7 night booking - Arrival and departure on a Friday. If booking online, please search for vacancies with Friday being the arrival and departure day. Summer Season bookings are most easily made directly with our Bookings Team.
Pool - Please note
- The pool is a shared with the adjacent villa, and so there may be guests from that property using the pool at the same time.
- The pool is professionally cleaned on a regular fortnightly basis. However as this is a holiday house and not a hotel, we cannot guarantee that the pool will be serviced on your day of arrival or that it will be free of leaves. The property has trees around it and wind / weather conditions are naturally unpredictable. A pool cleaning basket is provided for your use to clean leaves out of the pool upon arrival or during your stay.
- Please also note that the pool and spa at this property are not heated.
Where will I be?
Beachdaze is located at the bottom of Bayview Street just above the main access to Hyams Beach. It is also an easy walk to the Hyams Beach Cafe or the access point to the National Park. Beachdaze is the rear unit of two, and is accessed to the left and around the back of the front house.

Beachdaze is a modern two story town house with shared access to under cover parking and pool with spa (both not heated, sorry).
How is the property laid out?
Beachdaze is a two story three bedroom house. Bedroom One has a queen sized bed. Bedroom Two is a double and the third bedroom has two single beds. The large open kitchen which looks down onto the living and dining space is fully equipped with all the mod cons including a dishwasher. The living and dining areas flow openly onto two outdoor living spaces which includes the pool entry. The property has two bathrooms, one that features a spa bath. There is an internal laundry.
Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them?
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If Wi-Fi is important, please therefore always have a backup plan.
What about outdoors?
Beachdaze has a private, north facing courtyard with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. There is also a second deck overlooking the pool, where the gas BBQ is located. It also has a table and chairs for four. Both units have shared use of the pool area.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
Beachdaze is equipped with ceiling fans for summer, and a gas heater in the living room for the cooler months.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Linen and bath towels are provided at Beachdaze. Though pleaseremember to bring your own beach towels!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is secure underground parking for twocars across 4 cars spaces, shared by arrangement with 24a Bayview. Please do not park in front of the garage doors during your stay, and please note that there is a 2.05m clearance for the car park entrance.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Beachdaze is not a pet friendly property. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
